" Please just do update me immediately if you got the another copy of the CCTV camera year 201*. Sorry for inconvenience. " Yeji murmured scornfully on her co-worker, still asking for another copy of the evidence.

" Okay okay, we'll do the best to help you." He responded and Yeji smiled indisposely as they go back on their tasks. She's getting fidgety on her desk, still thinking about of what happened last night and thinking another way to solve her father's case.

" Who the hell are you? and why do you need to steal the evidence? And what is your relevance about my dad's case? " The damsel kept asking herself for uncountable times, pertaining to the culprit who sneaked on their mansion last night.

The driver fetched Yeji on her work place, they are currently on their way back home and Yeji still on thinking unfathomably.

" Jinnie was right, my job could put my life on stake, even him. " She sighs and gawking at the side window of the car, still thinking if she'll quit on her job as a licensed-detective or continue the journey of her father. After dwelling deep out on her own reverie, she realized that they reached home. She made her way inside the mansion until her sight caught the frail lad sitting on the luxurious couch.

" How was your work? " Hyunjin asked her with a trace of being frail on his voice. Yeji sat beside him and let out a sigh, instead of almost having the justice on her hand, unfortunately, it vanished for some reason.

" I failed to have the another copy of evidence. That contains huge evidence for dad and kai's death." Yeji kepy sighing and unexpectedly, the sudden behavior of Hyunjin appeared.

" Evidence, evidence, evidence. that f*cking evidence! They almost killed me still you're just thinking about the evidence?! " Hyunjin is glaring apoplectic at her, Yeji flinched while staring at him distraught, can't utter a single word because of the lad's sudden unpredictable behavior

" You know what? It seems like you chose your profession over me. F*ck this life! " Hyunjin exclaimed and walked out from the living room, Yeji stared at awe, trying to prevent tears to drip on her eyes but expectedly, she break down.

" And then? " Shin Yuna asked while sipping her strawberry shake, Yeji just smiled lugubriously at her. She asked for a date with her friend to ease the sorrow on her heart.

" His actions became unexpected. I didn't see him like that before. Like, wow. I was surprised, why is he mad? There's nothing wrong for pursuing a justice right and also, its a part of my job. " Yeji uttered while sipping her chocolate shake indisposely, still bringing out her resentments on her bestfriend. Shin Yuna was her bestfriend since childhood days, they are neighbors before and since they both are only child of the family, they treated each other as sisters.

" If i were him, seriously i can understand your side since just like what you have saif, it is a part of your job, and on your side, it's kinda unfair that you could solve others case, then you couldn't solve your own father's case. " Yuna pointed out which made her smile and revoke her current mood. Back then when Hyunjin wasn't on Yeji's life yet, she's the only one who's cheering her up someone who understands her sides even she's right or wrong, Yuna was digging the issue to understand her side.

" Cheer up, and relax, were here to enjoy hello! Dating each other? " Yuna bantered while smiling contagiously, Yeji's luscious smile starts to appear and continue to eat her food.

" Thank you for always being there for me., and sorry for inconvenience. " Yeji responded which made Yuna to choke on her drink. " Shh! Stop. I'm your bestfriend okay? You can tell me everything and i will listen, and its my responsible to be your listener." Yuna smiled cheerfully at her. Yeji smiled while staring at Yuna, she starts reminiscing their memories when they was in highschool. She realized that everytime she's having a hard time, Yuna was always there for her, to comfort and to be with her in hard times, she was thankful for having Yuna in her life.
