SORRY IN ADVANCE AS NOT PROOFREAD. WILL DO IT BY TOMORROW. IGNORE MISTAKES. I WAS JUST TOO EAGER TO POST.

Khushi 6th month had already began. Raizadas and Guptas like every other weekend were enjoying it together basking in sunlight of late January afternoon, in GH courtyard. Arnav had not experienced this in years and it was a nice refreshing experience for him. This mundane middle class life where he simply held the oil bottle resting on his chair lazily and watched Nani giving oil massage to Khushi's silky hair( They looked bestest when spread all over him.)he thought smugly. He had once experienced it. Nani was also passing the desi nuskhas regarding pregnancy with 'humare time mein to...'  followed by Khushi 's exclamations of 'sach Nani?'.  Their chatter was entertaining. He got up to help Garima in serving fresh and hot snacks to everyone. Buaji and Mamiji, who seemed to have miraculously become best friends were gossiping about god knows what.

What their marriage had not done, their separation did! Brought two families so close. It was lesson learnt for everyone. He and Mamiji were two people who had changed to another level altogether. Khushi may not be very comfortable with Mami but it was 10000 times better than the treatment met out to him. Not that he deserved any less. Mami had made amends with Payal too who was still reeling in shock of her sasuma's 180 degree turn much to everyone's delight. She had even taken over household responsibilities with HP,JP,OP assisting her, supporting Payal to run her restaurant.  Mamaji sat beside Babuji, who could now make neck movements and hand gestures, all thanks to the therapy. Payal and Khushi took care of their father's needs not giving him or Akash a chance to step in. Well, Payal atleast consulted Akash but Khushi never bothered to tell him anything as she was not on talking terms with him even after so many months. Sahi bhi hai. He had not bothered to look back for two months and now had no right to know anything.

Arnav yawned lazily. It was all together relaxing and he could easily get accustomed to enjoy his day-offs with his family around. Quite contrary to his earlier preference of staying alone from all the noise, sheltered in his room and poolside. How many Sundays he had wasted in his office while his family missed him at home. At max, he would have earned some crores less. It was not like his company would have nose dived had he spent two hours with his family. He now realized that spending time with family, once in a while, was sort of much needed detoxification.

Payal, Anjali and Akash were laughing at the stupid stories of stupid wildlife photography course that stupid NK had enrolled in and was now stupidly bragging about. How Khushi and NK had cried when he had come back from Australia last week!  It was some  'Bharat Milap' kind of thing. Everyone had glared at him when he had failed to suppress his snorts. But deep inside Arnav was relieved that his baseless and filthy accusations hadn't affected the beautiful friendship of NK and Khushi. His actions hadn't strained their bonding. If he isn't wrong, Khushi had passed a pointed look of defiance to him while greeting NK. Arnav wanted to say that he understands it but he knew she ll give back some acidic scathing reply like 'Did I even ask how you feel?'.  Altogether they were both still crazy, discussing mindless things and Khushi was still correcting NK's pathetic Hindi which Arnav knew wouldnt improve in this lifetime.

He was sad about something else. NK like Khushi had stopped talking to him and Arnav was not really liking it. But it was his own fault. He had hurt his best friend in worst way ever possible. Also, Arnav now understood that while he himself had been most unpredictable, unstable, unreliable person in his wife's life, NK was 'all weather friend' of Khushi and he needs to respect the fact. His caveman over-possessive attitude will only suffocate her and help him to be thrown out of the door. Yes. Arnav's biggest and constant fear was separation from Khushi.
