- through thick and thin you were stuck with him
- so obviously buying a promise ring to him was something he was so sure of
- however he was extremely nervous to see how you would react
- it was a small ring, but held a very big meaning !!
- he took you on a picnic date and decided to give it to you there
- turned into Bill real quick
- "I-I-Uh-I'M NOT PROPOSING OH MY GOD DON'T CRY AH-"
- you knew he wasn't proposing but this gesture meant a lot to OBVIOUSLY YOU WERE BALLING
- "Oh my god Jae it's wonderful GIVE IT!"
- from then on you never took it off :^)

- he was watching a famous gamer talk about giving their s/o a promise ring which sparked the interest in him
- he honestly didn't know it was a thing
- so while he was doing research (AHEM STALKING PPL'S INSTAGRAMS) he noticed you had followed #promisering
- that was ultimately what made him get one
- if you liked them enough to follow them surely you wanted one from him...right?
- oh he was right
- as soon as it came in the mail (he ordered a custom one :,) ) he sped over to your house to give it to you

- obviously he expressed that it wasn't a joke or some silly ring he won in a claw machine
- it was very real, and so was his love for you

- he was waiting for the right moment, which obviously was when he was on stage singing and you were in the crowd dancing

- you laughed but as soon as you heard the tune you were the embodiment of 😳
- "Hey girl, i think i wanna marry you~ NO THIS IS NOT A PROPOSAL BUT I DO HAVE A PROMISE RING!"
- he held it up as the crowd cheered, while you covered your face in embarrassment
- he pulled you on stage and slipped it on, giving you a nice sweaty kiss before forcing you to sing with him
- "OH YEAHHHH I DON'T KNOW THE REST OF THE SONGGGG~"

- he really loved you, like really REALLY loved you
- anyone with a brain could see how infatuated he was with you
- that being said, one of his fans mentioned in a Q&A that he should get you a promise ring

- so what better way to do it then in one of his silly videos?
- he did a mini skit of some old guy trying to sell him a magical ring that made people turn into burritos
- so he ran to you while recording and said
- "QUICK PUT THIS ON I NEED TO SEE YOU TURN INTO A BURRITO!"
- you didn't even glance at it as he put it on your finger
- with a proud smile he snuck is head in the frame
- "That ladies, gents, and burritos, is how you give your gal a promise ring!"
- "WAIT WHAT???"
- he had to stop filming because you started to cry
- "JACK WTF I LOVE YOU SO MUCH COME HERE!!!"

- he had been thinking about it for a while and finally decided to get you one :,)
- being the gentleman he is, he did it behind closed doors after y'all had dinner
