CHARACTERS

BILL
• tbh he hung it up but quite literally forgot
• he was having a mini christmas party for the Losers while his parents were away
• he was so busy with the planning and making sure everything was set that he didn't even think as to where he hung it
• "Excuse me, Y/n, I need to get more plastic cups."
• He held your hips as he squeezed by, not even paying any mind to the Christmas decor above you two
• "Bill get the hell back here man, you and gorgeous were just under the mistletoe so pucker up."
• Richie snickered, since he was the only one who knew about your crush on the clueless goof
• "Richie come on its just a little-"
• "It's not nice to keep a lady waiting."
• you gave him a small smile, nervously fiddling with your ugly sweater as he tilted his head to the side
• damn did Santa come early because this sure is a gift ;)
• totally came back but acted hesitant
• he didn't want you to know he was excited for this duhh
• once he finally kissed you boyyyy did y'all thank whoever is up there for the invention that is mistletoe

STAN
• 100% screaming on the inside
• doesn't really understand the purpose of mistletoe ??
• but he could see you really liked the holiday tradition so he didn't argue
• it shouldn't be a big deal since y'all were already together right ?
• well it WAS Karen, this is his first kiss with you and he wasn't sure if he really wanted it to be because of some silly plant :(
• "Come on, Stan! Our first kiss will be blessed with the holiday spirit!"
• your cheerful laugh seemed to pull him out of his doubts as he dove down, capturing your lips in a sweet kiss
• ya know, Stan could get used to this tradition

RICHIE
• the sly shit
• literally fashioned a fishing rod to his shirt so there would be mistletoe between you two 24/7
• "What? Mistletoe? Oh my goddd!! WHEN DID THAT GET THERE???!! Oh well."
• T-T
• you are not impressed
• you still kissed him though, i mean, not like you were complaining or anything
• but it did get annoying every time he stood over you, a shit eating grin on his face
• you did however, get your revenge when Eddie just so happened to walk by, and you pulled him towards you so that he would be under the mistletoe
• "Aw look, Rich, Eds is under the mistletoe! Don't have too much fun you two!!"
• cue Richie plotting his revenge and Eddie running away in terror

EDDIE
• literally avoided the thing like it was the PLAGUE
• you were very disappointed, as you specifically hung it up for you and him to be caught under
• you almost lost all hope until Bill asked him to get more plates
• then, another evil plan began to formulate in your mind >:)
• you just stood by waiting for him to come out
• yeah it wasn't that smart as we lead on but you know what we tried ok
• as he's coming out you act like your going in, and Beverly gasped
• "Eds! You're under the mistletoe with Y/n!! You guys HAVE to kiss now, sorry I don't make the rules!"
• *cue to sweat roll down Eddie's face*
• you went along, acting surprised as well, but golly it was a tradition and you weren't going to break it now!
• tradition my ass you really just wanted to kiss the goof
• SO you yanked him by his stupid polo collar and kiss him right then and there
• then you proceeded to innocently skip away, as if nothing just happened
• Eddie stopped avoiding mistletoe after that ;)

MIKE
• boy oh BOY does my mans love him some christmas :000
• literally DECKED out the little hang out spot, and hung a cute little mistletoe from a crusty dusty tree branch
• he was quite proud of himself really, and even more so when he managed to convince you to "help" him with something
• "Hey, Y/n, do you have a sec? I can't get this box out of here.."
• "Mike....how do I break this to you lightly...THERE IS NO BOX ???"
• smirk smirk smirk smirk
• he presses a light kiss to your cheek and thanks you for helping, before pulling a box out of his ass (not really it was just behind his back) and walking away
• "WAIT A GOSH DARNED SECOND YOU GET BACK HERE MIKE HAMILTON!!"
