Sophie gasped. "I knew she was up to no good from the time that she stole my boyfriend." Sophie glanced apologetically at Keefe. "Sorry."
"You're good. So, are you gonna save him?"
Sophie scoffed. "Why should I? After how he treated me, it serves him right."
"Soph, I know that you hate him, and personally, I don't blame you, but he's still a part of the Black Swan, and your cognate. This is completely going against what I told you in Biana's room, but, you need to do this." Sophie flinched, and Keefe wrapped his arm around her reassuringly. "And, well, we need him."
"Ok Keefe. I'll go, for you." Keefe smiled, remembering how he's used similar words when they were staying with the Black Swan.
"Let's go back to Havenfield and tell everyone what we are doing." Keefe said.
"Ok."
