some possibly relatable things for ya'll

-*figures out the entire backstory of a character, their love interest, character arc, and family*
*can't figure out what their eye color should be*

-me: *is at school and unable to write*
my brain: hey so i've figured out that plot line, the perspective, all the dialogue, and-
me: *gets home and can actually write*
my brain: *dial tone*

-im not even kidding when i say that the current place-holder name of the next Rulebreakers chapter is just "microwaves be like: mMMMMMM"

-i swear to god, writing filler chapters are honestly the worst things to write even though they're actually really important for building character and foreshadowing but goddamn it's hard to write about 3 people talking a walk in the woods

-one of the reasons i can never follow through with writing complete stories is because i can never get past the first few chapters where i introduce all the characters and the world they live in ;-;

-me: *tells myself im going to finish the next chapter*
also me: *gets distracted by r/minecraftmemes until 11pm*

-every character ever: *having perfect dialogue or at most just a stutter*
me: *a living typo*

-im not even joking when i say that once i tried to ask my friend, "do you want to play, or no?" and i instead said, "you want play no?"

-i always get the best ideas in the shower then i forget to write them down once im out of the shower

-i swear to god why does it take so long to introduce characters like wtf-

-*sighs* writing about the hermits is fun because their personalities are all really interesting to work with but at the same time...

wE HAVE LIKE 22+ MAIN CHARACTERS AND THAT LIKE KINDA KILLS ME TO WRITE??

-literally any one-shot or story where all of the hermits are the mains characters takes so damn long to write because i need to give everyone a line/part (like literally in that one-shot called "Greetings" i forgot to mention Ren because i got so caught up everyone else ;-;)

-expressions are pretty hard to write because like, take for example, "Stress smiled"; smiling is very different for everyone and can appear different; smiles also vary in emotion and can mean different things; a more fitting sentence would be, "Stress smiled sadly, her eyes soft as tears spilled down her cheeks," or, "Stress smiled excitedly, her dark eyes bright and filled with colors"

-god i want to write more songfics but i hate how much you have to write in between each lyric and it becomes difficult to read and it's a lot harder to get the desired dramatic effect that an animatic would otherwise be able to provide so like uggghhhhh-

-me realizing that in Rulebreakers they've gotta change outfits daily because otherwise that'd be kinda weird: ... ah shit, time to write 400+ outfits i guess-

-me: *sits down to write*
writer's block: *kicks down the fucking door then kicks down me* fuk u m8

*laughs in 20 something character arcs* oh the joy (for real tho, i do actually enjoy writing just it can get difficult sometimes :'))
