Chapter XI

(Y/N)'s P.O.V

We arrived in Dublith and I followed the boys to their teachers house. We stood outside the front door and the two were trembling. I was going to suggest I knock but the door creepily creaked open and a man with a bloody knife stood before us.

I was a little scared for my life but stood strong as the boys coward behind me.

"Hey Sid, it's Ed....been a while." Ed said peaking over my shoulder. Sid walked up to us and examined our trio.

"You have grown a little Ed." Sid said patting his head. Sid figure out the armor was Al.

"Al, you have really grown." Sid said patting his head as well. Sid walked over to the window on the side of the house.

"Izumi, the Elric shrimps came to visit. They brought someone too." I heard Sid say. The front door busted open and I quickly ducked when the lady was aiming to kick Ed in the face.

"What the hell kind of teacher is this?" I mumbled to myself. The lady looked at Al as he babbled.

"Al? My you have grown." She said then threw him over by his brother. Finally she looked at me.

"Hello there, I'm Izumi Curtis. What would be your name?" Izumi introduced herself.

"Oh, uh, my names Karma. I'm the boys' partner." I said shaking her hand with my good one.

"So you are also a dog of the military?" She asked. I nodded almost frightened. She quickly high kicked then punched me, along with other various moves. Which all I blocked bot letting her throw me like the other two.

"I see you despise the military. Don't worry, I am merely an alchemist within their rankings. No one of top brass." I said jumping back and snapping my fingers, a sword sprouting from the ground encased in flames and into my hand.

"What kind of alchemy is that? I haven't ever seen something like it." Izumi said. I heard the boys get up and brush themselves off.

"Ya know for a sick person you sure have a lot of energy." Al said with a straight face.

"Sick person? I'm not-" Izumi was cut off by the blood spewing our of her mouth like a water fall.

"Izumi you shouldn't overexert yourself like that." Sid said coming to her aid. Suddenly her additude did a totally 360 and she was just a happy married women hugging her husband.

"Seems she hasn't changed at all." Ed said as we all followed the sick Izumi and Sid inside. We sat at a table are started talking about what we really wanted to know about. The philosopher stone.

"The philosopher stone? No I don't know much about it. It holds no interest for me." Izumi said. Ed seemed a little disappointed.

"What about that one alchemist from central? He seemed to know a good amount about it." Sid said.

"Really? Who is it?" Ed asked eagerly.

"Let me think, what was his name." Izumi thought to herself. "Hohenheim. Yeah that's it." Ed suddenly looked angry with his fists clenched.

"So he's alive." Ed said.

"Do you know him?" Izumi asked.

"He's our father." Al said.

Izumi seemed a little shocked. "The one that ran out on you?" Izumi asked really a stupid question.

"Yeah that one. He's the reason our mom is dead." Ed seethed.

"Did our father say anything about the stone?" Al asked.

"Just something about a life long dream finally coming true. He seemed pretty happy when he said it." Izumi said. She then got up quickly punching Ed in the head. "Now we eat."
