"What if my body has begun to rot!" Al exclaimed. The other three looked at him confused.

"I doubt my body is getting any nutrients over there, so even if we do get it back...." Al stariled off, mortified at the thought.

"Is he right Ed?" Winry asked worried.

"This is only a hypothesis but when we were making the blueprint for Mom's soul maybe our spirits got tangled up together. If so that would explain why I am so sho-" Ed abruptly stopped his explanation. "So sh- sh-....short." Ed said looking down in gloom. Al, Winry, and Karma looked at him in disbelief.

"He finally admitted it...." Winry said.

"He is starting to face reality." Al added.

"So you think you are supplying all the nutrients for Al's body too? Seems a little far fetched." Winry said.

"I don't know, in the crazy logic of alchemy, it might as well be true." Karma said.

"I believe the reason you don't grow is because you refuse to drink your milk." Winry said. Al got lost in his thoughts for a moment as the two argued.

'Brother always seems to be sleeping, is he resting for my body as well?' Al inquired to himself.

Once Ed and Winry were done arguing the four went to visit Mustang and Havoc in the hospital. As they walked down the hall in the hospital they bumped into one of Mustang's men.

"Heya Fuery, coming to see the flame head too?" Karma asked nudging the said officer slightly.

Fuery laughed then nodded. "Yup, and bringing him a little present." Fuery said holding up a rolled up piece of paper like material.

The group entered the Colonel's room.

We laid down a map to locate where this underground room Hawkeye talked about. She had counted her steps from when she entered said room previously so she had a guesstimate on where it was.

"Wait, that's Central command." Ed said shocked.

"More importantly, that's the Fuhrer's residence." Roy pointed out.

"Does that mean he is involved?" Karma asked.

"If he is then why did he kill that guy Greed, he was one of his own." Ed said getting lost in thought. After that the three got ready to head out.

"Ya know what, I am gonna hangout here for a little bit. I wanna talk with Roy for a little." Karma said. Ed and Al nodded in acknowledgment then left.

"What we just learned.... This is bigger than we thought Roy." I said admiring the floor for the moment.

"I know, but this is good for my future plans." Roy said with confidence etched into his voice.

"We need to be careful, and when I say we I really mean you and your team. The enemy won't so easily kill me, Al, and Ed." I said with narrowed eyes.

"What exactly makes you think that?" Roy asked.

"The few times I have fought those things, it has unlocked different doors for me." I said. I walked over to Havoc. This guy was honestly my best friend. I sat on the bed next to him.

"Well count me out of whatever your plan is, it requires lots of walking and I can't even feel my legs." Havoc said. I laid my hand lightly on his leg, a sad look in my eyes.

"You will pull through this Jean, I will make sure of it." I said looking up at him.

Jean smiled lightly at me, not entirely believing my words. I can already tell he was losing hope in ever walking again.
