(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

The General sent for us, told us to mount the horses and get in the giant tunnel. We all rode a good distance into the massive tunnel.

"You, dismount." She ordered the three of us. Once we were all off the horses, the General sat herself on a small crate, practically glaring at us.

"I believe we are far enough. Away from prying eyes. Now tell me everything." Ed looked at me then his brother with his fists clenched.

"General, we need your help." Ed said. Ed started explaining everything that had happened up to now. I still wasn't convinced enough to spill my life story to these guys. Last person who knew everything about me was murdered. Sure the boys know but they are sacrifices for the homunculi and so is Roy.

After what felt forever of explaining the General was left to ponder. "The philosopher stone, Homonculi, Fuhrer king Bradley...." The General mumbled.

"And they took hostages, that is sick!" Buccaneer said.

"Yes, Mustang's men and your childhood friend the mechanic." She stated then she looked at me, who had been silent this entire time.

"What is it you aren't telling me?" She asked me.

"Excuse me for not wanting to put my entire existence out there. Only a couple know and even they have to have watch their backs constantly just so they can survive." I said shuffling my foot around in the loose dirt.

"We are down here in a tunnel, your secrets won't leave these ears." She said getting slightly aggravated. I sighed in defeat.

"Don't blame me if you get killed later." I said then started explaining the past years of living with Roy and Maes and up to researching with the boys. When it came closer to more recent events I froze.

"When we met their Father....some things came to light." I said with shaky breath, wrapping my arms around myself. "Using his alchemy, he restored my memories I had been searching for and helped my dormant powers awaken....he turned me back into a Homonculus." I said still not wanting to accept it myself. I took off my jacket and over shirt, no know where the mark had gone this time. It was right there on my shoulder and I could hear people gasp.

I wanted to curl up and die right then and there but knew I couldn't.

"You are one of them, yet you try and fight them? Why is it you fight them instead of joining them?" The general asked. I trembled, clawing at the mark.

"I never asked to be turned into a monster. I never wanted this. They took me as an infant and made me a lab rat. As soon as I was perfected they killed my parents just cause they weren't necessary anymore. That night Roy found me the last memory I had of the place they held me is of my father bloodied and on deaths door yelling the words "run and escape". Then....then they had the nerve to kill Hughes right in front of me to prove a point!" My breathing was becoming ragged.

"They take without consequence. I would never wish to be one of them." I finished.

"But you may know their motives right? So tell me you three, what can you make of this tunnel?" The general asked. I put my shirt and jacket back on trying to recover my former posture. I looked at Ed and I could see in his eyes he wanted to come hold me and comfort me. After seeing the reassuring look in my eyes I mustered up he lowered himself to the ground.
