I was hanging at the Sway house with all the boys, me and Griffin were playing some random game on the TV.

The thing about me and Griffin is that we had been best friends for years, he has always been the most important person in my life and I have really liked him like REALLY liked him for over a year.

I have never confronted my feelings to ANYONE but today was the day I would tell him how much I truly like him.

Y/n: Griff can we talk?
I asked as I turned away from the TV and so I was facing him.
Griffin: sure what's up?
He asked while he turned the TV off so I knew that I had all his attention.
Y/n: okay well I-

Dixie: Griffy!
Griffin: baby!
WHAT!!! BABY?!?! NO!!! IM BABY!!! wait a damn minute

Griffin: oh yeah sorry Y/n this is my girlfriend Dixie.
He said as he introduced me to the gorgeous girl.

I said as I awkwardly gave her a hug
Dixie: hey
Y/n: well erm- congrats, I didn't know you had a girlfriend
I giggled as I motioned to the two of them
Griffin: yup this ma baby

Y/n: oh shit... I'm um- I have to get home, my mom's gonna kill me otherwise
I let out a nervous giggle before giving Dixie another hug
Dixie: it was really nice meeting you
Y/n: mhm you too. See ya Griff.
Then I left.

I got out the door and speed walked down the road until there was a wall I could hide behind.
I slid down the wall as I let out all the tears I had been holding in.

I'm happy for him.
I mean obviously I am.
But.
I was in love with him.

I couldn't help feeling like this.
He was the one I wanted.

The one I wanted to hold me close.
Cuddle me when I'm upset.
Kiss me when we meet up after a few days being apart.
Hug me and tell me he loves me.

But I'll never get that, I'm his "best friend" "bro" "dude" "g" "bestieee"

As I read the tweets I put my head in my hands and cried my remaining tears and hurt away.
