{Ben Solo/Kylo Ren} More Than A Childood Crush Pt.3 [Request]

     When you wake up, you expect to be in one of those intimidating interrogation chairs, but instead, your simply in a room. There's no furniture, no interrogation tools, and no cameras. "What is this?" you call out, rising from the floor.
      Kylo Ren enters the room, "Why did you come here, ____? Are you here to kill me?" He begins to circle you, like a shark circles it's prey. "Are you here to kidnap me?" He tilts his head and says, "No, this is something more important to you. Your thoughts betray you. You're here to bring me back. You think that you can turn me from the dark side. How pathetic."
     You look down ashamed, "Maybe I was wrong to think Ben still lived. All I see now is a monster. A man who let his own ambition and pride take over his mind, and his heart."
     He growls low enough for the voice modulator to falter, "Enough," but you don't stop.
     "A boy who took his own lightsaber and slaughtered his friends, his family."
     "Stop," he says louder.
     "A frightened child who let the dark side consume him."
     "Thats's enough!" he booms. His voice fills the room, almost making you cower.
    "That boy, Ben Solo, was the only boy I've ever loved, and you killed him," you finish.
     Kylo takes a step back, conflicted, "No. No. That's-Thats not true." He takes off the helmet, letting it clatter to the ground, "You don't get to just board my ship and tell me you love me. That's not how this works. What are you playing at, ____?" You get a good look at his face. You see his tired eyes, his almost unruly hair, and his face, worn from the years of suffering.
     Sighing, you say, "Nothing. Maybe a part of me hoped that you would see the light, join me, and maybe even become more than just a childhood crush. I see that I was wrong. I'm sorry I couldn't save you, Ben." With that, you walk towards the door, but you are frozen in place before you reach it.
     "____, you were mine too." He walks over to you, presses his lips to your forehead and says softly, "I loved you too, but love is for children. No one could love a monster like me. Goodbye, ____." Kylo leaves the room, his cape flowing behind him. You are unfrozen, and you rush to catch up with him, but you are stopped by a stormtrooper.
     "____, we have a problem." Poe.
     "What's wrong?" You become very concerned. Poe didn't say those words unless he meant it.
     "The General needs us back." He looks around before taking his helmet of to reveal his black, curly hair. Almost like Ben's used to be. You snap yourself back to reality in time to hear Poe whisper, "She's found the map to Luke Skywalker."
     Immediately, you look at him with shock, "Really?"
     He nods in reply, pulling his helmet back on, "We need to get back to base as quickly as possible." You nod and follow after him as he rushes down a hallway. You glance back once, hoping to see Ben, but instead, you see an empty hallway. I'm not giving up on you. You'll see the light. One day. With that, you take off after Poe.

A/N Wow, I haven't been updating like I should. Sorry I let myself get behind. I'm almost caught up, I promise. Anyway, it's two am here and I can't sleep, so I guess I'll continue to write until sleep finally takes over, 😂. Just want to say I love you all 💙.
