After he'd gone, Faryn and Amy just sat there.

The floor was littered with their clothes.

The girls were tired.

It was around nine o'clock in the evening, but they didn't feel like doing anything else tonight.

"Do you think we tortured him too much?" Faryn asked quietly.

"Maybe a little, baby. But he'll be fine. If not, we'll help him recover. Won't we?"

"I feel kinda guilty, babe. I may have single-handedly ruined his life."

"Faryn, don't think that way. It's all in the past now, isn't it?"

"I know, but I can't help but feel bad about it Amy. It's not like me. I help people, not hurt them."

"Baby, please. Forget about it, okay?"

"I'll try."

They smiled sweetly at each other.

"I'm so tired," Faryn said, yawning loudly.

"Me too."

They brought their legs up onto the couch. Faryn laid down on top of Amy.

"Goodnight, Amy."

"Goodnight, Faryn."

"Love you."

"Love you too."

They kissed goodnight.

They fell asleep where they were, on the couch.
