Story fact: The Gra Valkas Empire[formerly called it Greater Valkas Empire because I got scared of copyright] Western Judgement fleet from the chapter: Showa Incident's other objectives was colonization and was to be re-designated as the 1st Colony Fleet upon colonization. Hence the massive numbers of ships.

The Kingdom of Pretani was home to the most powerful yet reserved magically proficient species of Elves known as the High Elves. Tolkien's world where both Man and Elf are children of Ilúvatar was not the same case in the new world. Although the majority of the species was nothing like in "The Silmarillion", they have yet to gain maturity and grow up emotionally over their vanity against the other races. The only ones who have "grown" from their vices were, but not limited to the Elders and the survivors of the Fall of Valence.

All the elves learned to cast magic, learn, and be one with nature as part of their identity. No matter their birthright, a talented sorcerer and a wise –in the aspect of intelligence– deserved respect; no matter who they were as long as they were their own, a weak sorcerer, a half-human, and a different race were looked down upon.

It was a cold day during the incident with the ancient shark known as the Megalodon. Grand Admiral Falon, fleet commander of the 1st Golden Armada, felt helplessness for the first time he was promoted to such a respected position. His fleet, the fleet that was meant to resist any demon incursion was only played around by a single demonized sea monster and be whittled down to chunks of wood and metal in front of many onlookers at the coast.

Even after he almost came to terms with that harsh fact, it only took two ships to take it out. Two foreign ships that were only sent to escort their delegates! As the face of the continent, such embarrassment was not tolerated, but then again, he was still a seaman at heart. He knew that there will be new weapons that can revolutionize naval warfare. They were already theorizing naval airpower and have built flying machines, but to see it not being them to change that and take the lead, it was like being thrown by mud.

As he stared at the two ships, he felt a strong premonition that experienced veterans feel that others especially the civilian leaders cannot. Falon, who was one of the most respected Admirals and his social class, felt small with the thought of fighting against such a ship.

What's the point of bigger guns when you have large guided arrows that can do much more damage?! He thought after seeing with his own eyes the grim reality of their power.

The two ships were then continuing with their original course towards the international port where their diplomats will disembark after informing his fleet. With the damage sustained by the shark, the patrol mission was called off and he was called by the regional governor to his office once anchored on the navy port.

Diplomatic Envoy to Pretani

The Terran Foreign Affairs was cautious in expanding their diplomatic relations with the kingdoms of the continent. They at first planned to reach out to the kingdoms in the region and see the kind of people they were dealing with in general. What made it worse was after capitulating Estfalia, they got swarmed and their initial plan was scrapped.

After establishing their presence on the region and encountering many cliche encounters and marriage proposals to Y/N before being handled by Avrora from the nobility, they now set their sights on the northern region and the Jomon Peninsula. From the ashes of the massive Viking raid orchestrated by Aeveskir and to the judgment casted with operation Whirlwind, the discovery of an abducted crown prince of a notable empire was a godsend for the foreign affairs who wanted to use the incident to help and act as an intermediary to the region while they gather information and plan to be able to send an envoy to the greatest and prideful continental power.
