“Zemira...” he is hugging me from behind while his chin is on my shoulder. Gabi na. Weʼre currently at the pool after we decided to go night swimming.

“Hmm?”

He kissed the side of my lips. “Do you think I can fly back here in the Philippines atleast every two weeks once our world tour started?” natawa ako at hinawakan ang braso niyang nakapulupot sa ʼkin.

“Of course not, Tase. You should just rest instead of flying back here.” Iʼll miss him a lot but I canʼt just ask him to fly back here every after two weeks, thatʼs too much. Mas mahihirapan lang siya kapag ginawa niya ʼyon.

He sighed heavily and kiss may nape. “We wonʼt be able to see each other for more than a year if I wouldnʼt do that.” I remained quiet.

“I would not be able to touch you, hug you and kiss you. Thatʼll weaken me.” napangiti ako at mas lalong humilig sa kaniya.

“You can just touch, hug and kiss the screen of your cellphone when we video call,” natatawa kong sagot. He groaned and hugged me more.

“People will think Iʼm crazy.” mas lalo akong natawa at humarap na sa kaniya. He is topless and his hair is damp. I stroked and pushed it back. “Baliw sa ʼkin?” pang-aasar ko. He just grinned. Binuhat niya ang mag-kabila kong hita at ipinulupot sa bewang niya.

I tried to stop the sounds that are threatening to come out of my mouth. Nilagyan niya ng tubig ang bathtub na hindi pinuputol ang halikan namin.
