Asiyah's POV.

A month has passed.

A month without seeing my family.

A month that I took to prepare the perfect hideout.

And today is the day to finally do it.

Sleeping at night and trying to let my mind free is still hard for me.

I somehow just can't get used to it no matter what I try.

I keep thinking about my family.

Do they miss me?

Do they think of me?

I see Maryam only when we eat or else I never see her.

Whenever I do see her though she never seems happy or okay.

I'm not either so I understand.

I don't know what she has to go through but marrying a stranger is just not it.

Our dreams.

I keep thinking about it.

They're crushing our dreams.

But it will only be for a while because I will no longer be stuck here.

It's currently 8pm.

At this time everyone is sleeping and we hear nothing.

It's complete silence.

" girls are we ready?" I ask them.

"yes we are let's go" they said.

"wait... I need to use the bathroom first" Zohra says.

"okay go and join us at the second floor after" I said as I got out of the room first.

The plan is that one by one we make our way at the second floor and sneak silently to the big balcony and from there we jump.

We all grabbed one hijab and were going to tigh them together to make a rope.

Cliché but real.

And from there we'll be able to make it on the other side.

This place is honestly gigantic and even the big backyard that we use to practice shooting and fighting sometimes is surrounded by a balcony that is higher then all of us.

So no one can see what's going on here.

People might be passing by and just think that there's a family living here in luxury but they're wrong.

We were forced to be here and we've been stuck and away from our families for a month now.

I didn't think about how we'll climb the balcony but I don't care.

I just want to get out of here and I'll eventually find away.

Hopefully I don't break any bone in me.

And... I didn't tell any girl about it but I'm taking Maryam with me.

I'm not letting my best friend die here alone.

I know where she is because we kept our phones and I can see where' s her location.

I'll find her using that.

I obviously couldn't tell her that I'm going to get her because I didn't want anyone to think there's something suspicious going on.

I made my way to the second floor and took out my phone.
