(KACEYS POV)
I was having a nightmare I was back in my house my mum and dad were abusing me I was screaming. Then someone was shaking me "GET OFF ME" I screamed I looked up and noticed I was in the boys room and jack was on the floor.
"Oh My God Jack are you ok please wake up!"
"What's going on" Andy asked as he woke up
"Oh god what happened!"
"I was having a nightmare and Jack tried to wake me and I pushed him and he must of fell now he won't wake up." I said crying
"RYE MIKEY WAKE UP!" Andy yelled
Brook was already awake
"Mikey go call an ambulance Rye help me lift Jack onto his bed and Brook take Kacey."
"No I want to stay!"
"Please Kacey go with Brook you can come back later once you've calmed down"
"But..."
"No buts just Brook take care of Kacey."
"Ok call me if anything changes" Me and Brook went to get dressed then we left. He took me to the forest there was a path that we walked on. We walked until we got to a platform in the water.
"Come on jump" he said as he jumped first
"But what if I don't make it"
"I'll catch you" I walked backwards 3...3...1...
I ran and jumped and I made it. Me and Brook just sat there talking. He made me forget everything that had happened until he brought it up again.
"Why were you screaming?"
"I...I'm...so...sorry"i stuttered
"Hey take your time we are always here for you no matter what." For some reason I felt like I could trust him.
"The truth is my mum and dad abuse me, I get bullied everyday the only reason I'm still here is because of my brothers but mostly my younger brother Tag. He was always there for me. Two days ago my mum and dad abused me again but it was worse than other times. I finally decided it was enough and ran away that's why I was sleeping on that bench that night and why I screamed when Jack tickled my stomach."I was crying at this point
"I had a nightmare that I was back at the house and they were abusing me again. Now it's my fault jacks unconscious my fault jack is in hospital everything's my fault. Brook pulled me into a hug
"None of this is your fault I'm positive your life will get better from now on."
