Am i considering reviving a character in my cursed rewrite?

Yes

And by that I mean
Said character wouldn't have died at all in the rewrite, instead of literally being revived

I just
It's a really unjust, kinda unsatisfying character death
There wasn't really much time to even have her form a bond with Eva and it just feels kinda iffy

I can still do something that has a similar impact to the plot with her whilst still keeping her alive

I dunno
Like I'm giving her a prequel to help flesh out her character more but at the same time, that makes the death feel even more unjust

I do kinda think of my rewrites as second drafts of stories rather than "rewrites" lots of the time
And plot points change in different drafts of stories

I really am considering it

Bc I really really like her character
And to have her live would make me really happy

It's kinda similar to what happened with Ash's death in Beating Hearts

I made this character who I thought was really cool and interesting
But then killed her off

So yea
I think I'm gonna do it
My leg end is gonna get to live in this version after all
