TWENTY-FIVE. BREAKING A CURSE

Haeun woke up to the sounds of heavy breathing and moans, the loud banging on the other side of the wall.

She sat up, still half asleep.

She looked around, finally coming to her senses and realized it was the 95's in the other room, fucking the girl she despised.

Looking over to the right, she found Jin sitting up as well, he had wanted to spend the night with her, feeling guilty over everything.

He knew what was going on and looked over at Haeun with sad eyes.

"Do you want me to scold them?" Jin asked, feeling the feelings that she felt in full force. She shook her head, laying her head back down on the pillow, closing her eyes and resting the palm of her hand on her forehead.

"Can you just... hold me?" She asked quietly. Jin's eyes softened, laying back down, his broad shoulders encasing her body as he wrapped his arms around her.

Her head was pressed onto his chest while the other hand covered her exposed ear.

He pressed kisses on her forehead, trying to do little things to make her feel better. He pressed his hands tighter on her ears when he heard the three in the other room get louder.

He cursed them in his head before looking back at Haeun, who had her eyes squeezed closed so tightly in pain, tears streaming down her face.

Jin felt a clench in his heart, watching as she tried to stop the tears and block out the noises in her head.

"Oh, I'm so sorry, beautiful," He said, his lips kissing away the tears that fell from her eyes. She let a choked sob escape her lips and let it grow into quiet cries as Jin was left there to comfort her. "Baby, please don't cry."

She dug her face into his chest, wanting to feel the comfort of him close to her.

Jin was afraid, he hadn't seen her like this, and he could feel how horribly she was feeling.

It felt like she was being ripped apart from the inside, her heart shattering into sharp, jagged pieces that cut her up.

Jin guessed that Namjoon had felt it too since he had opened the door to find her buried in his eldest soulmate's arms.

He got in the king-sized bed quietly, holding the fragile, crying girl in his arms. His lips pressing in the bare skin of her shoulders.

The spaghetti strap of her nightgown falling down her arms as the two men on either side of her, comforted her.

It was then, where they realized just how strong she was, watching the people that she fell in love with kiss and love someone else, all right in front of her face.

The two of them looked at each other as her cries got softer, her eyes were puffy while her nose red and her cheeks stained with wet tears.

"We really need to fix this," Jin said, unable to watch his soulmate in so much pain without tearing up. "I can't watch her put on a persona in the daylight to find her crying when there's no one around, I-I just can't."

"I know, hyung. But there's nothing we can do, she has to be the one to break the curse, it only revolves around her, we just have to support her the best we can."

"I swear, as soon as this is over, I'm going to hurt the ones who did this to her,"

"Agreed," Namjoon said, hands running through her black hair as he thought of the ways he could punish the ones responsible for the heartache of his soulmate.
