I don't know why I gave Harry THAT talk in the shed yesterday...I mean I trust Harry with my life, Merlin, he saved mine, Ginny's and Ron's life! Than why do I feel like she'll replace me

I sighed going through the battle in my mind in which I was asking myself why I gave Harry that talk.

I loved her first!!

Yes but it doesn't change the fact that she's found her prince!

She doesn't need a prince! She can look out for herself!

Than why are you acting sooo overprotective!?

I sighed getting frustrated. There was only one way I could really know...and that was to ask Ginny.

I got up and went to Ginny's floor. I knocked on the door and when I heard a "come in" I went in to find my daughter curled up in her bed and reading a book.

"What's wrong, Daddy?" she asked when she saw my worried face.

"Well, honey, I was wondering....if we could...talk." I sighed before explaining the fight in my mind. When I was done explaining, it felt like a load had been lifted off my shoulders. I was trying to read her face but when she stood up, I knew she would yell at me but instead, she came over and gave me a hug Molly would've been proud of.

"I should've expected this to happen. Daddy, I want you to know, Harry isn't my prince." She replied

I just looked at her shocked but then she opened her mouth to say something.
