2 weeks later.....
The last 2 weeks have been some of the best weeks of your life if you may say so yourself.
It feels as if the sun is always shining on you, maybe because you were having sex almost every day but you digress. Everything just seemed brighter and better.
Penelope quickly caught up on this and questioned you immediately about your new found permanent smile. Well it was either the smile or the huge hickey Reid left on your chest that you just couldn't cover up.
Anyways, she invited you to lunch today, surely to get her many questions answered.
She passes by your apartment, picking you up in her fifties style, red car.
"Beep Beep" you hear Penny scream instead of honking the actual horn and parking right in front of you.
"Well hello hot stuff" you said opening the car door and stepping inside, immediately smelling the scent of Garcia's peach perfume.
"Hello Doll face" she said shining her pearly white teeth at you and continuing. "I feel like we haven't hung out in months."
"That is because we haven't and I'm really sorry about that" you say genuinely regretful at the fact that you haven't spend time with her as much as you used to. You hated telling Penny no to hanging out more than anything in the world. She is just the sweetest thing ever and you wanted to make sure your friend was the happiest at all times.
"Don't sweat it doll, I wouldn't hang out with my friends either if I had a man that showed me how much he liked me like yours does" she says pointing at your still very purple hickey.
You push her arm lightly as you began to laugh, remembering how you got the hickey in the first place.
"Seriously Penny, I promise to hang out with you at least once a week, even if its a coffee. Okay?" you say in a soft tone.
"That sounds absolutely wonderful hun. Now enough with the chit chat, lets go get some food."
You ended up going to get some Chinese food, which was you and Penny's absolute favorite food. Walking into the restaurant you quickly chose the window seat, perfect spot to take pictures if needed. You sat down and the waiter handed you the menus for the drinks, it was a buffet style restaurant. You chose some lemonade and Penny chose Pepsi. The waiter took our order and left, finally leaving us to do a little gossiping.
"So...." said Penny said raising her brow at you. "Are you going to tell me this mystery mans name?"
"Hmmm, No."
"C'mon y/n, I deserve to know who is making you oh so happy that you smile while I show dead bodies on a screen."
"Penny , I don't wanna jinx it" you say with a serious tone, making her look at you with sad eyes. "Just kidding" you continue.
"What do you want to know Penny?"
"Hmm, when did you meet?"
"I believe it was a month ago at the book shop by Lafayette street" you said trying to make up the less suspicious story possible.
"Oh, a bookworm I see" Penny says excited for more information.
"Oh you have no idea. I honestly never have met a man that has made me feel so comfortable and special and with a huge- you know." you say as a smile starts forming on your face.
"Oh my, how big we talkin'" she asks with her eyes widened.
You hold up seven fingers and think about it for a second, raising up one more finger.
