Writing this story was a thrilling and emotion-driven journey. 

                          
For every word that made it to these pages, is another one that got lost in the way. Because like the layers of the forest, this story grew from the ground up. And as its branched grew higher and higher into the sky, leaves and dead branches fell on the way too.
