Chapter-33: Anirudh's "Good" Friend

Continuing from the previous part:-
Both of them separated themselves immediately and started blushing. But soon they realised that it was wrong.
Anirudh(in his mind)- yeh kya ho raha hai mujhe. Thik aise hi mujhe laga tha jab mujhe Bondita se pyaar hua tha. Par ab aisa kyu? Kuch samajh nahi aa raha hai. Jo bhi ho yeh sab galat hai. Main sirf Bondita se hi pyaar karta hu aur mujhpar hak sirf Bondita ka hi hai. Mujhe yeh sab baate nahi sochni chahiye.
Nandini- pata nahi kya ho raha hai mujhe. Bohot ajeeb laga jab pati.....matlab Anirudh ji ne mujhe chua.
Par aisa mujhe tabhi laga tha jab mujhe pati babu se pyaar hua tha. Par ab? Kahi phirse.....nahi nahi yeh galat hai. Main Yaha sirf apne maksad ko pura karne aayi hu. Mera kaam khatam hote hi main Dev Dev aur Aparna ke saath chali jaungi. Haan yeh thik hai.
Nandini turned around and told Anirudh
Nandini- Toh Anirudh ji main chalti hu. Kal milte hai.
Anirudh- thik hai with a smile
Nandini turned around and was about to leave but Anirudh called
Anirudh- Nandini
Nandini turned back to find him smiling
Nandini- ji Anirudh ji
Anirudh- bye Nandini
Nandini smiled- bye Anirudh ji
Saying this she left. After sometime he also left.
Anirudh reached home. While walking he was smiling unknowingly. Som & Batuk noticed him smiling like an idiot.
They went near him.
Batuk- kya dada bada muskura rahe hai? Kya baat hai Boudi mil gayi kya apko?
Hearing this Anirudh's smile instantly faded. He again started thinking about her.
Som understood his feelings.
Som- Batuk chalo Yaha se dada hum chalte hai.
He pulled and took him to his room.
Som(angrily)- kya kar rahe the tum Batuk. Kya zaroorat thi dada ke saamne boudi ke baareme bolne ko. Aree itne dino baad Dada ke chehre par muskurahat dikha tha aur tumne.....
Batuk realised his mistake.
Batuk- sorry dada mujhe nahi pata tha ki Anirudh dada ko itna bura lagega.
Main abhi jaakar maang leta hu.
Batuk ran and went towards the study. He entered and saw Anirudh sitting on the ground holding Bondita's photo. Batuk felt bad for what he had done.
Batuk- dada mujhe maaf kar dijiye mujhe pata nahi tha ki apko itna bura lagega.
Anirudh(in a sad tone)- koi baat nahi Batuk.....tumhari koi galti nahi thi.
Batuk changed the topic.
Batuk- waise dada apko pata hai aaj hume party ka invitation aaya hai. Woh Baba ke dost ki Party hai. Toh pure parivaar ko amantrit kiya gaya hai. Par ek pareshaani hai
Anirudh- kya Batuk
Batuk- woh unhone humara table 6 jano ke liye book kiya hai. Aur hum 5 hi hai. Toh agar apka koi dost ho toh aap unhe bhi bula sakte hai
Anirudh- hmm thik hai
Batuk left.....Anirudh started thinking....
Anirudh- main konse dost ko bulau.
Haan Nandini ko bula leta hu. Yeh sahi rahega. He ran out to the living room and picked up the phone to call her.
Nandini- hello kon bol raha hai?
Her voice reminded him of Bondita.

Once Anirudh had gone to Kolkata for a week. But he couldn't take Bondita with him as she had to go to Devipur urgently for 2 days.
Bondita had completed her work and had returned back to Tulsipur but that smile on her face had vanished because her "sansaar" was not there near her.
She was sitting in the living room lost in her thoughts.
Suddenly the phone rang. It was Anirudh
He had called her to tell her that he was returning the next day.
Bondita ran and picked up the phone.
Bondita(in a sweet tone)- hello kon bol raha hai?
Anirudh melted listening to her.
Bondita- kon hai?
Anirudh- tumhara pyaar
Bondita- pati babu aap aap kaise ho? Kitne dino baad apne phone kiya.....aap thik toh hai na
Anirudh- aree aree ruko Bondita kitna bolti ho....main bilkul thik hu aur main kal laut raha hu.
Bondita(happily)- kya!!! Aap laut rahe hai main bohot khush hu pata hai main apke bina ek pal bhi nahi ji sakti.
Anirudh- jee toh main bhi nahi sakta apne jaan ke bina par ab main kal aa raha hu na phir main tumhare paas hi rahunga. Tumhare bilkul paas (teasing )
Bondita blushed
Bondita- thik hai ab main phone rakhti hu. Bye pati babu
Anirudh- bye Bondita

Anirudh had tears in his eyes. But he somehow controlled himself.
Nandini- hello kon hai?
Anirudh came back to the reality.
Anirudh- hello Nandini main Anirudh
Nandini- o Anirudh ji aap
Anirudh- haan Nandini woh maine phone kiya tha yeh puchne ke liye ki kya tum aaj free ho?
Nandini- ji aaj main free hu....kyu kuch kaam tha apko
Anirudh- nahi woh aaj baba ke dost ne Party rakhi hai. Toh kya tum mere saath....matlab humare saath chalna chahogi?
Nandini thought for a minute.
Nandini(in her mind)- yeh sahi mauka hai pati babu ko unki galti ka ehesaas dilaneka.
Nandini- ji zaroor waise kitne baje hai party?
Anirudh- 7pm tum taiyaar hokar reh jana main tumhe lene aa jaunga... aur haan angrezi party hai toh tum gown pehen lena thik hai na?
Nandini- ji thik hai main 7 pm taiyaar rahungi.
Anirudh- Milte hai phir .....bye
Nandini- bye
Anirudh smiled and kept the phone.
