Felix

"What do you mean they vanished?!—into thin air?"

I smacked down my hands on the desk. Hyunjin looking extra worried while the others tried to be calm. Well, me? HELL NO! I can't be calm at all! Knowing Claire and Jeongin are gone which puts up a huge suspicion of why would a skilled agent can get kidnapped.

"The rookie agents reported right away since they were off to ask Jeongin some questions for their mission and ended up searching the damn university for them." Seungmin replied as he scanned through the reports. Hyunjin and Changbin checked all the cctv footages to see if they could've ran away.

"Jeongin never leaves his gear or he doesn't go unarmed. It's a possible case of kidnapping." Jisung concluded that they may have been kidnapped by someone.

The door creaked open, we all glanced at its direction—It was Chan with a stressful and tired look on his face. "I need to find them. We need to find them." He glanced at his members with the level of concerned expression plastered on his face. We all exchanged glances and nodded.

"Of course hyung." Changbin replied. "We need them back."

"Don't worry about Jeongin. He may not be what he seems to be." Minho stretched from his desk after looking at the university log of their in and out records inside the campus. "But Innie is young.." Jisung sighed.

"He is a full grown kid—don't worry about it. I just hope he holds up well." Minho stood up and walked towards the coffee maker. "And Chan hyung's right—we need to find them because Jeongin doesn't have all the time of the world."

"What's with Jeongin? Are you implying something?" I asked since he posed a thought about Jeongin and what's with him. "I'm just saying.. he can't fight forever. His offense and defense are impressively good but it is limited. He needs to protect Claire right?" Minho poured the freshly brewed coffee onto his mug.

"He's right." Chan answered as he opened the files. He turned on the projector for a bigger look of the files that the rookies made as leads.

A mix of confusion and frustration spread onto our faces, the leads all connect to some magic concept—warlocks, witches, wizards and the stuff about them. "Are they playing? Cause I'm not having it." Changbin was furious. He thinks that the rookies were only playing. "They're not." Minho sighed.

"Wait, you believe magic is real?" Seungmin choked a chuckle but stopped because of the glare he received from the cat dad himself. "Well, I can make you feel your fears with a snap." The orange haired male growled.

"Enough." Chan pulled the two away from grabbing their necks. "Minho, stop playing. We're in the middle of finding the two of them and—"

Minho chanted some spell as he held Chan's forehead with his index finger.

His face went through some shock—he broke down crying. "F-Felix?—Seung.. Jisung..—Jeongin!" He weeped as if he saw death himself. "Lucas? Hannah! Claire?" His hands wavering around in fear. Minho made him stay in his place of whatever he did it. "Chan hyung. Wake up." With a snap of his fingers, he fell onto his knees while panting.

Changbin and Seungmin helped him to stand up. "What.. are you?" Jisung asked. Hyunjin looked reluctant to glance at him. "Well, I'm just a warlock who just used fear over my team leader." Minho chuckled softly.

"And to say, Chan hyung is really thoughtful of everyone." He adds before sipping his mug of coffee.

"You okay hyung?" I held his arm. "Slight. Those seconds were hell." Chan nodded slowly.

"My apologies. Now, who wants to go next?" Minho glanced at the other members who looked frantically terrified and just resumed on doing the rescue plan.

"You never told us? That you're a warlock?" Hyunjin placed down the folder.

"My birth papers were the obvious evidence and I didn't think Chan hyung take it seriously." Minho chuckled as he discussed his birth papers.

"He's telling the truth. I even called him that he needs to stop playing with documents and he even had a mental breakdown as soon he found out I knew what he was then... I forgot." Chan was puzzled.

"For safety purposes, I need to keep my identity a secret. It was a mild spell." He was right. He needed to conceal his identity before. "And now, I think it's best for all of you to know. Some evil deviation has spurred into our hands and we must stop it." Minho opened one of his books and pulled out a century old looking map.

"We can track Claire." Minho opened the map on the floor. "She could be anywhere in the world."

"How? What.." Jisung doesn't understand a thing right now by looks of his face. "How can she be anywhere in the world?"

"Magic has its eccentricity. I want make sure she's in Seoul—may it be her soul and body." He stood up and quickly looked into their samples room. He came back with a small vial of blood. Minho knelt back on the floor and placed a drop of blood on the map—right on Seoul. The tiny glob of blood started moving towards the left and stopped shortly then bled through the paper.

"Looks like she's just here. We'll find her."

The glimpse of hope was upon us. We will find them and I will put my life on the line if it is necessary.
