Felix
It's been a week since we started our own emergency investigation. No sign of Claire or Jeongin.
My ramyeon went cold since I was too preoccupied to think of what could've happened to them. I shuddered as I release those thoughts. "You're overthinking." A voice made me flinched.
"Jungwon?" I managed to smile slightly as the young leader sat beside me. "I'm sorry sunbaenim, I—"
"No, it's understandable. You can't control your ability." I waved my hand at him. He looked relieved as he continued eating his snack. "What brings you here at night?" Maybe talking to him would ease my feelings. It was only the two of us in this convenience store and the cashier boy.
"Nothing much." He took the last bite. "I'm just here for free time. Back at the agency, work is hectic."
"True, our work is hectic." Couldn't agree more.
"You'll find them." Jungwon's tone changed into a softer one. "I'm sure they're alright."
"I do hope so." I sighed as I stared at the window, droplets began pouring. I didn't see any sign of raining tonight. Weather is unpredictable, I guess. Jungwon also stopped talking as soon he noticed it rained. "Well, that's unexpected."
"Rain? The weather forecast never said about rain tonight." I opened my phone and see it was even placed there open skies. "This adds up to the list of bizarre events I have encountered this week."
Magic and now, weird weather predictions.
"You don't believe in warlocks or wizards?"Jungwon looked surprised.
"I naturally don't but since I know one warlock now—It should be believable right now." I softly chuckled.
"You're human after all, it is hard to comprehend supernatural beings." Jungwon was right at this point. At a young age, he managed to learn these type of stuff.
"It's hard to read supernatural beings sometimes—I get the haywire stings."
"Say, are you a warlock?" The question was on the table. Jungwon paused then smiled, "How I wished I was born as a warlock but no."
"You must be blessed with that skill. All I have is this sensitive sense of hearing." I sighed.
"Nah, my ability is not forgiving but I do enjoy gathering intel during missions."
I was about to say something but his phone rang. "Excuse me." He took the call. His expression changed as he glanced at me. "I'm with a SKZ agent."
His face didn't show any clear explanation to why he mentioned me in the call. "I would appreciate if you would help me something sunbaenim."
"Is it urgent?" I'd love to help but I have to finish analyzing the new data back at headquarters. "You don't have to! I mean you're quite busy—"
"Nah, I should. I insist."
Jungwon giddily smiled as he stood up. "Shall we go?"

"Jungwon.. umm?"
We were at the university's entrance. The young agent stopped and looked at me. "Something off?"
"Why are we at the uni?" I couldn't help but ask. His smile grew bigger, "TXT called me here and asked if I could contact any jyp agent since I came in contact with you guys last time."
"How useful would I be?" It was a weird move for BH squads to ask help from us—me especially. "It's more than that." Jungwon seemed to be excited so we rushed to the location he's been sent to.
