The next two days go by quietly. The twins and their boyfriends made to school the day after the incident. No one knows but them and they would like it to stay that way. School has been nothing like the first two days. Now the twins are glued to the boys hip.

"Do you want me to sleepover tonight?" Aaron asks Roni. They're in between class changes. Teala hears this by ease dropping in their conversation.

"Oh a little late night rendezvous I see." She says. Aaron and Roni laughed it off. They're both glad she said that because it announced her presence, if she heard what was next then she would've known the issues. She's the last person they want know.

"Nah, I gotta do it on my own" Roni says when she knows Teala out of earshot.

"Are you sure? I can always stay again."

"Aaron go home. I promise you I'm fine." Roni smiles at his persistence. "Besides, I need a good nights rest. You're always taking up a whole side of the bed."

"Don't act like you don't like me cuddling you" He jokes back

"I do" she smiles and kisses him on his cheek as he walks her to her next classes.

It looks like Roni is going to be third wheeling tonight because Kian is staying over. Nessa needs a little more time before she's completely alone at night. If course she could sleep with Roni but she doesn't want to keep her awake. They have both been on edge since the delivery. It's Friday and since it happened on Tuesday, they haven't been able to stop thinking about it. They wonder if there will be anymore deliveries and they wonder why their mother would want to torture them again. They thought she learned. They still have to face the trial. There's three trials that they have to sit through. Their dreading it but that's the only way that their going to close this case and get it over with. This whole fiasco is masking it harder.

It's Luke's day at school. He and Mariah had been able to avoid Tyler for three days. Yesterday he slipped a note in Mariah's locker. He told her to meet him in the library. She did and the conversation went a little like this.

"What did you call me in here for?" Mariah asks. She looks at her surroundings.

"How's Malaya?" Tyler asks. He gets straight to the point. He knows that if he carries on and on Mariah is not going to stay and listen long.

"Now you care?" She whisper tells. She puts herself together and calms down. She knows that getting mad is not going to help the situation. "She's great but why do you care now?"

"Because that is my child. You haven't forgotten that have you?"

"No. You have the right to ask a wonder about her but please tell me what you really want."

"To be apart of her life." The answer was what Mariah knew was coming but she didn't want to hear it.

"Why? I know there's some catch behind it. What is it?"

"There's no catch." Deep down Tyler knew it was a catch. He didn't like seeing Mariah happily raising his child with another man. It pained him. He could have been ok with it if she was a single mother but that's not the case. Her life is together and it's not sitting right with him.

"Give me time to sleep on it." Mariah left out of the library on that note. That's leads us to present time. Luke didn't like the idea of Tyler seeing Malaya. Of course he hates it but it's not his decision to make. Mariah has confided a lot in him but he has reassured her that he will be ok with whatever she chooses. Mariah decides to let him see Malaya. Just while she's young. If it doesn't work out it's done with for good. At the end of the day, there's nothing that he can legally do to harm Malaya. Luke's name is on the birth certificate making him legally the father. She lets Luke know her decision and he supports her the whole way.

Alex has gone into a state of confusion, much like he was before. He is confused where he lies. Everything has happened so fast the he doesn't know who he is. The more he thinks about it, the more he can see that his whole attitude and rebellious demeanor comes from the fact that he was using that to strike against his home life. He never dealt with his demons, now he doesn't know how to handle them in a healthy way. His anger issues on top of being overwhelmed and lost is not a good combination. What he did to Lauren on Tuesday was a little aggressive. He feels bad about it. He can tell it really brought the past out of both them. He could see it Lauren's eyes. They have an abusive past. They both participated in it. Both mentally and physically. Lauren really showed out when she found out he cheated. It's not one of her proudest moment. Alex has always gone out. Every argument there was at least one thing thrown, a wall or some other object punched and a whole lot of screaming a insults. The night that she confronted him about cheating was the first time that he didn't hit her back. The one thing that didn't change after that fight is them getting back together. They fell into that same toxic cycle of just being together. The thing that seemingly healed all the abuse is the fact that there was a kiss after and they acted like nothing ever happened. He sighs thinking about this. Now that he's not getting the attention back, it's angering him and he doesn't want it to. He's falling back into the same trap of not knowing what do with his anger and he doesn't like it.
