You Two Are My Gifts - MegaMan x Reader x Sonic

It was time. It was finally time for that one day those two have all been waiting for. [Y/N]'s birthday. They've been waiting for this day for quite a long time now and they've been going around trying to figure out what present would be best for you. Of course, they found the perfect gift and they knew you would like it.

The only problem was, those two were competing. Competing for what? Well, for your heart of course. Occasionally if one were to see the other with you, they would butt in and try to join in but of course, the other would try to pry them away. You'd occasionally sweat drop and casually leave the scene, having them both confused and glare at each other for having you gone.

But since today was your birthday and all the fighters were throwing a party for you, they had to be extra nice and give you the best gift they could give you.

Sonic started to run as fast as ever with his gift in hand while Megaman tried to run fast to the party as well. The party was being held into a ball room so it was big enough for everyone to fit in. They were both late, so they tried to make it. As soon as they both made it to the door and were about to grab the big door knob, they looked at each other.

Sonic gave him a glare while Megaman sent him one back. "You better not mess this up..." Sonic said to him, making Megaman roll his eyes and scoff. Sonic turned back to the door and slowly opened it. Once he opened it fully, he saw the whole room full of the fighters enjoying themselves.

Some were either dancing, talking or stuffing themselves with the few snacks on the buffet table, Yoshi and Kirby being one of them. Sonic and Megaman looked around to find the gift table which was a few feet away. It was stuffed with hundreds of gifts from everyone, their symbols on the little cards so you'd know who it's from.

Sonic quickly made his way to the table and placed it into the cluttered pile, Megaman doing the same. Then they looked around to find you anywhere, until they caught eyes on a familiar figure. You happened to be in your normal attire, but you did have a birthday crown on with a few dollars clipped onto your shirt.

Sonic couldn't help but blush at how beautiful you looked, Megman thinking the same. You looked around, getting a few hugs from a few of the fighters now and then. You only really wanted to find that little blue hedgehog and that robot boy, since those two were your closest friends. Once you did, you smiled widely at them, causing them to smile back at you and wave to you.

You ran your way to them and gave them both a big hug, making them blush darker and hug you back, giving each other glares in the process. You pulled away and patted them on the head, getting them a bit flustered. You giggled at their blushing and said, "I knew you two would come! I'm so happy you did. You two should go ahead and enjoy yourselves. I'll be opening up the presents soon." You smiled and they looked at you and nodded. "You'll sure love mine [Y/N]! It's got something special!" Sonic said with pride. Megaman scoffed and gestured that his was just as good.

You giggled. "I'm sure both of yours is awesome! Now I gotta head to the middle, since the dances are about to start and all." You got up and waved at them before heading your way to the middle. Once you were out of sight, Sonic and Megaman couldn't help but sigh dreamily at how gorgeous you were.

Once the dances have started, Mario was the first one to dance with you, in which you picked him up with a giggle. He blushed but went with it, knowing you wouldn't be able to dance with him on the ground. After a few more dances with the male fighters that you either had to carry or dance normally with, Sonic was next.

Once he made it your way, he cleared his throat and blushed, knowing you had to carry him for this. You giggled and did so, swaying both of you back and forth. Sonic's heart thumped against his chest while doing this and you smiled sweetly the whole time. After the dance with him, Megaman was up next.

He came up to you with a dark blush on his face. He held up his arms so you could carry him and you did so with a smile. He looked away slightly, trying to hide his blush but to no avail. You giggled and continued to sway you both in time with the music.

After the dances have ended, it was time to open the presents. Every fighter gathered around the gift table and you, some sitting or standing to watch you. Sonic and Megaman got an opportunity to be in the front. They both smiled and couldn't wait to let you see what they got you.

You began to open up all the presents, some were a surprise, funny, awesome, a bit embarrassing and cute. After a while, there were only two presents left, those being from Sonic and Megaman. They waited anxiously, wondering just what you'll think about the presents. You took them both and placed them on your lap, looking at them and smiling a tiny bit. You actually wanted to tell them both something, so you decided to keep the presents unopened. You looked at them both and announced, "I would like to open these both alone with Sonic and Megaman later. I'll save them until after the party and I'll tell you what I think of them you two." You smiled at them both, kind of upset at your little fib but it had to be done. Their hearts thumped, just wondering why you would do this.

The other fighters all nodded their heads and seemed to agree. You carefully placed them on the table and got up. "Now lets party!" They all cheered and went back to what they were doing. You looked at Sonic and Megaman and gave them both a wink, making them blush again. They just had to wait for their presents to be opened by you later.

Once the party was over and everyone got out of the ball room, you were left with Sonic and Megaman. You went back to the gift table and asked them to come towards you. They did so and waited patiently a bit. "So... are you gonna open our presents [Y/N]?" Sonic asked, Megaman nodding at his question.

You giggled quietly and set them aside. "No... I'm not." They became shocked, feeling their hearts sink down to their stomachs. "But... do you want to know why?" Their hearts thumped again and they nodded quickly, hoping it was good news. You went towards them and gave them both a peck on the cheek, making them blush yet again. "It's because you two are my special presents... Since you're both my closest friends and I love you two. So I don't need a present from you both. You two are the presents I need."

You smiled sweetly and they could've sworn they felt their cheeks grow even hotter than before at your kiss and words. You hugged them both again and they hugged back, smiling widely at what you just said. Once you pulled away, Sonic scratched the back of his head and said, "I-I love you too [Y/N]." Then Megaman used his rocket arm to spell out the words "I love you too." with a small heart in the end with smoke.

You giggled and smiled at them with a small blush on your cheeks. "I wouldn't know what to do without you two..." You glomped them and their eyes widened with the sudden affection. Sonic and Megaman looked at each other, then gave each other a small grin, knowing that this was a competition no more.
