Today's poetic form is another welsh one called "Gwawdodyn" (I couldn't find one true pronunciation, because there are several versions)! Apparently, there are quite a lot of welsh poetic forms and they're all really creative and fun to write!
The Gwawdodyn is comprised of quatrains that have a syllable pattern of 9/9/10/9! The number of quatrains is up to the poet! Read more about the rhyming here

composed, agreeable, and quiet
when our souls are designed to riot
no more mouths shut, our words sting like a cut
it's time you hear the roars of lions

using my God as your testament
cheap ways to aid hateful sentiments
depriving, lying, eagerly trying
to make a world toxic & pestilent

feed off vitriol and misery
an obsession of true mystery
anguish and pain, soon you will meet your bane
time & time again as told by history
