Life,
drown me in a sea of stolen memories, ones that were taken from me too soon and replaced with cruel reality.
Life,
let me revel in this deathly trap filled with discarded happiness like an ignorant child free of fear and full of wild.
Life,
like Thetis with her son, hold me by my heel and dip me in a river of immortality,
curse me with eternal felicity until sadness becomes my only thrill.
Life,
give me back what I once lost in my adolescent years, compensate for what you made me do in order to quieten my tears.
