Chap 30 (part 2)

HAPPY HARBOR
Mount Justice

Behind Wally, Superboy walked away from the group. M'gann also noticed the clone walking away. "Don't worry Superboy. We'll find you an earth name too." She assured him, her voice rang through out his mind.

The clone glares back at the Martian female, growling at her. "Get out of my head!"

The others looked confused at the clone before looking at the Martian.

"What's wrong? I don't understand." She mind connects to everyone's minds, speaking to them telepathically. The boys all held their heads in pain from the pressure of someone invading their minds. "Everyone on mars communicates telepathically." She explained, still not understanding their reactions.

"M'gann stop!" Aqualad ordered and she broke the connection. "Things are different on earth. Here your powers are an extreme invasion of privacy." He explained.

"Besides Cadmus' creepy little psychic gnomes left a bad taste in his brain." Wally discretely pointed at Superboy.

"I didn't mean to-" M'gann felt bad and guilty of her behaviour came out as rude to her new friends, she didn't want her new life on Earth to start terrible and be hated by everyone.

"Just stay out!" The clone growled before walking away and sitting on the couch facing away from the group.

"Hello Megan!" She bonks her forehead with her palm. "I know what we can do!" She exclaimed before flying down the hall. They exchanged looks before going to follow while Superboy stayed put. Then M'gann quickly noticed that the clone wasn't with the group, she turns back and peeks out from the door frame, "Please?" She asks Superboy for a chance to give her a chance to be friends again.

"Don't talk to me..." Superboy said, annoyed, brooding on the couch. M'gann looked down in sadness as Superboy takes a glance that the Martian female then quickly looked away. See that she was still there after looked back to see if she was there even though he said harsh things to her, he calmed himself thinking that he too should forgive her as she has for him with his harsh words. Making up his mind he got up from the couch and went to join the group which made M'gann light up with joy.

The group entered the elevator, which ascends them up.

JUMP CITY
SMALL ISLAND IN THE COAST OF JUMP CITY

Red-X slowly walks close to the bloody body on the ground, he knelt down next to it and check if there is still breath by putting his hand in front of the mouth. Feeling warm breath, he shoulders sags in relief, carefully Red X moves the body to examine the bleeding wounds. He lifts the black cape covering the body, revealing a yellow color underneath the black cape. He couldn't help but freeze at the sight of the familiar but heavily modified costume under the black and yellow cape.

Dark Green boots leading up to knee pads in the same color. Red tunic with a yellow belt on the waist. Green armored gloves covered the hands all the way up to the elbows. On the left chest dawns a familiar insignia a black circle patch with a gold letter R in the middle. Only the lower half of the face should be seen because of the hood from the cape covered the upper half of the face. Slowly, Red X pulls off the hood, underneath the hood reveals a messy short black hair and a green domino mask covering the eyes to precent anyone to see the exact eye color of the person.

Red X couldn't deny it anymore that this person is Robin, but he knows that this person isn't him or Jason, he can absolutely say that it isn't any other version of him or Jason. He couldn't help but wonder to himself, who is this new Robin. 'Did Batman already replaced Jason? But this new kid is at least around 15, from the looks of the battered costume, it looked like he has been doing this for eyes. The timeline doesn't match up.... Unless this kid came from the future..... but the question is..... Whose future.... Mine.... or this world's?'
