y/n's pov~

I've lived here my whole life. When I was about 6 a family moved in down the street, they had a 6 year old boy, and two daughters. We've been friends ever since.

I walked down the block to Tubbo's house. He had invited over for a 'cooking stream.' It was exciting, I had wanted to be in one of his streams for a while, I was just never able to. But I made sure to make it today.

It's be great watching him grow as a streamer, I'm super proud of him.

I arrived at his house and opened the door, I didn't need to knock anymore, they were like family. "I'm here!"

I saw Lani sitting on the couch. "Hey Lani," I said smiling.

"Oh hey y/n!" She got up to give me a hug. "Tubbo's upstairs in his room. He might be changing so I would wait down here."

"Thanks sis." (i refuse to let slang and james charles ruin the word sis/sister, i find it adorable and a great way to refer to a good friend who's like a sister (or an actual sister))

I walk over and sat on the couch a couple cushions away from her. While I waited I pulled up my phone and scrolled through tiktok. About two minutes later he walked downstairs. I look up at the sound of him walking. He's wearing a new apron. Another apron. I begin dying of laughter.

"Do- I - have- to wear an- apron?" I say between laughs.

"Why are you laughing? Do I look bad in it?"

"No! It just shocked me."

"Oh okay. Well you don't have to wear one unless you want to."

"Matching aprons pog?"

"I have one just like this upstairs," he smiled.

"I'll go get it!" I hopped up off the couch and ran to his room. The other apron, which had the exact same pattern, was on his bed.

I tied it up around my neck and waist before heading back downstairs.

After about 20 minutes of gathering ingrediants and materials we'd need, we were ready to stream us attempting to make pizza. All homemade, sauce and everything.

Tubbo started his stream and put on his starting soon screen. Without turning on his camera he began his stream.

"Hello! Hi everyone," he said. He was thanking subs and all that twitch streamet junk for the one minute worth of subs he missed before beginning talking.

"So in the title I have written cooking stream with a special guest, do you know who that is, chat?"

Most of the chat was spamming TOMMY! Probably because they wanted it to be him.

"Not Tommy today, chat. No today, we have a very special guest, she has never been in a stream before."

"Alright, y/n introduce yourself," he says, turning on the camera.

"Hi chat! My name's y/n and me and Tubbo have been best friends for what-" I look at Tubbo, "11 years?"

"I think so."

I was already warned to expect a lot of toxicity from some fans, so when I read some of chat, I wasn't surprised. I just read the nice ones.

"TubBO THE RECIPE DIDNT SAY TABLESPOON IT SAID TEASPOON!"

"Oh. I'm dyslexic."

y/n screams.

"y/n can you come watch the sauce for a minute?"

"Why?"

"Tommy's calling me."

"Sure!" She hopped over to the stove.

Suddenly shouting can can be heard from Tubbo's phone.

"What the hell?? She said best friend?? I'm your best friend!! I'm going to stab her!!"

Little did he know that Tubbo was still right next to her.

"I'd like to see you try Mr. Innit."

"I'll come right now you dickhe- Oh sorry mum I'll be quieter!!"

This earns a laugh from all three of them.

Tubbo was mixing the sauce as y/n had begun grating some cheese.

"Are you sure you don't want me to do that, y/n?"

"I'm fine, why?"

"I just don't want you getting hurt."

The girl giggled. "I won't get hurt," she said smiling.

This moment earned several aw's from chat.

"y/n help!"

"What do you need?"

"Help!"

"With what?"

"Just come here."

y/n walked over to see that Tubbo had made a smiley face out of sauce on the counter.

"Tubbo! You're wasting sauce."

"It's smiling at you," he said in a rather serious sounding tone.

y/n made her eyes go wide. "Oh."
