Nothing is better enough when everything falls into it’s right places.

I know, not everything in my life is fine, there are things that doesn't fall on their right places, I still have a tones of problems to face. But I felt peace the past few days, I felt fine.

“The pictures were published to a known and trusted magazine yesterday," Tita Phely opened a topic.

She told me not to call her Madame, so as tito Gil as Sir Gil. She said tita and tito na lang daw, I obediently obligue on her request that's why I'm calling her tita right now.

"I've seen it Phely, and guess what? It's already the talk of the town," my mother said happily, her eyes landed on me. Tipid naman akong ngumiti sa kanya.

"Right, the feedbacks are also good Laura," Tita Phely replied.

"Our allies were so glad to hear it, this two kids here are the future of our companies." My dad smirked.

"Many construction companies will be threatened amego!" tuwang-tuwa namang tumawa si Tito Gil. He raised his glass for a toast, gumaya naman kami sa kanya.

Prine's eyes landed on me, we're both aware what our parents are talking about. It's about us.

Hindi ko kayang salubongin ang emotionless niyang titig kaya umiwas ako ng tingin. Tonight is the new year's eve, their family invited us for a dinner and sabay na salubongin ang bagong taon kaya naman nandito kami ngayon sa mansion nila Prine.

Kahapon lang ay na-publish sa isang business magazine and pictures namin ni Prine noong lumabas kami sa mall para bumili ng gift ko kay Lian. I'm sure pakana na naman 'to ng mga parents namin!

Nasa front page pa kaming dalawa ng magazine, kuha ang stolen shot na nilagay sa front page noong namimili ako ng damit. Prine and I looked like a couple on the photo which is very not true. It has a tagline on it, a very intriguing question saying. . . "Monte Amis and Norriente's heiress, dating?"

It immediately spread on the social media, madami ang na-trigger sa nilabas na issue ng magazine na iyon. Some even quoted Prine's words noon sa music fest that he will never like me back. Hindi na lang ako nagpa-apekto, as usual I stayed silent like I always do.

My parents were happy about it, ako lang ang hindi natutuwa rito.

Pagkatapos ng dinner ay nagkaroon ako ng chance na mapag-isa kaya naman pinili kong magpahangin sa labas. The air inside is suffocating!

Their mansion looked so elegant. Compared to our house, their mansion is much bigger. The ceilings are high, the chandeliers are majestic, and their furnitures here looked so lavish. A spanish styled mansion filled with white and gold color. The interiors are also good and fresh in the sight.

Lumabas ako sa isang open door and it brought me to an open hallway, sa malapit na gilid ay mayroong puting bench na ang mga paa ay napapalibotan ng vines. Naaliw ako sa bench at sa desinyo nito, I chose to stay and sit there.

Maya-maya lang din ay tumunog na ang cellphone ko. May usapan kasi kami ng girls na mag-v-video call kaya in-expect ko na 'to.

"Happy new year!" bungad ni Lian. Ang taas ng energy niya ngayon, ah?

"Happy new year Babes," si Mae. I smiled at them and greeted them a happy new year too.

"Uy, e-tour mo nga kami sa bahay nila Prine! May nabasa akong lifestyle magazine and sabi roon ang mansion nila ay isa sa mga pinakamagandang mansion dito sa Manila." Lian talked so fast, halos hindi ko na maintindihan ang mga sinasabi niya.
