If I'm being honest this was kinda difficult. Like how they'd do it, or your reaction? I have an idea of who their significant others would be but that doesn't seem fair. 

Itadori:
-He lowkey couldn't go through with it
-Because he felt bad or he couldn't help himself from laughing
-"I wanna break up with you."
-If you're the type to be serious then he'd freeze when he feels you staring him in the eye, then give him a once over
-Like just look him up and down
-"Then do it."
-Poor boy apologizes right away
-If you're the shy type his heart would start cracking when he saw your eyes
- "O-oh..."
-He wanted to bring his hands out to cup your cheeks
-To make you look him in the eyes again
-"It's fine."
-No it wasn't
-"I'm sorry."
-"No it's fine Yuuji– I mean Itadori. I guess I should call you that now huh?"
-That was the last straw for him
-Itadori isn't the romantic type but grabbed your face and placed his lips on yours
-He's not cliche either, but that was the only thing he could think of wanting to do to you
-"I meant I'm sorry for making you think I meant it at all."

Megumi:
-The only reason why he did it all was because he thought you wouldn't believe him at all
-Like this man had faith in you
-But his heart stops when he see your mouth falter, your eyes start to stare at the ground
-"If that's what you want..."

-He doesn't understand how you couldn't know
-Like the words doesn't even sound genuine to him

-It fully settles when he sees you turn away

Nobara:
-Laughs and giggles
-But when she does it she's so serious

-Another one who believes you're not stupid enough to believe her
-"We're breaking up."
-She's sorta more aggressive about it 
-Unlike Megumi though, she has to actively try not laugh at your reaction
-"O-ok."
-Sorta disappointed
-She knew you were strong, stronger than this at least
-"Oi."
-She kinda feels bad now when you turn around to face her with glassy eyes
-Isn't looking at you when she reveals that this was all a joke
-"It was just a joke."
-Has to face you wrapping your arms around her now

Inumaki:
-I feel like he'd be the type to hold your hands and look you in the eyes while doing it
-"Okaka."
-He's so glad his uniform covers his mouth because he has a sliver of a smile on 
-"Did I do something?"

-He thought you were gonna be to choked up to say coherent questions
-He sorta stares at you for a few seconds
-You look so serious he just caves in
-"Salmon."

Okkotsu:
-I wanna fight the person who put him up to this
-Very fidgety and nervous about it
-"I don't think we're doing well together anymore..."
-How he didn't stutter he doesn't know
-I see his significant other as the type to just stare at him
-Like your staring is enough to make him regret doing this at all

-Your voice is so cold, he wonders where the sudden blizzard came from

-He's near dying at this point

-When you turn around to face him his heart stops as he looks into your eyes

-Finally you turn around, inches away from his face because he had stepped closer to you before

-In all honesty you had believed him but you were gauging the possibilities 

Getou:
-He doesn't even know why he's doing it
-I think he saw how stressed you were being and was like 'what would distract them the most right now'
-"I don't think this relationship is right for us right now."

-If he had done literally at any other time, maybe you wouldn't have this reaction
-He really had to do while you were stressed
-"Wtf Suguru."
-He was expecting you to get mad at him
-Which you do
-But after you said those words, whirling around to face him
-His heart stops at the tears falling from your eyes
-"I-i just don't understand..."
-Child it's not you that's the problem, you're just stressed
