astrid woke up the next morning around 10. it was pretty early for her, especially on a weekend. she almost immediately grabbed her phone when coming to her senses.

clay !

➤ clay ! started sharing location with me

astrid closed her laptop, deciding to finish her homework later that day. she was doing some work before getting ready to go to clay's house. once 11 came around, she got up and changed into some suitable clothing.

she got into her car and made her way to clay's house. it wasn't a long drive, but long enough for her to fit at least three of her favorite songs through the ride.

when she arrived, she sent a text to clay to let him know she was outside. the front floor swung open almost immediately and astrid hurriedly got out of her car.

a huge smile was plastered on clay's face as she walked up to the door. she couldn't help but smile either. he engulfed her in a hug when she reached him.

suddenly, someone came from the door and wrapped their arms around both clay and astrid, "group hug!" they all couldn't help but laugh.

they finally pulled apart and astrid got to see who this mysterious person was. she already had an idea of who it was though. only one other person lived with him after all.

"i'd assume you are pandas- or sapnap?" he was around 6 feet, but not quite there yet. still somewhat hovering over astrid's short figure.

"yeah. you must be the one and only astrid storm or whatever he calls you." he leaned in a little closer and whispered, "he talks about you all the time."

clay smacked his head, earning an "ow" from sapnap. "i'm literally right here dipshit. shut the fuck up!"

astrid teasingly batted her eyes at him, "you talk about me?"

she tried containing her laughter but miserably failed. clay ran a hand down his face in embarrassment as sapnap was bending over laughing.

after laughing for what seemed like eternity, they made their way inside. clay got two water bottles from the kitchen and led astrid to the living room.

sapnap made his way upstairs as they sat on the couches. "can i put my feet up?"

clay laughed, "yeah just take off your shoes."

astrid smiled and quickly took her shoes off before sitting criss cross on the couch. once clay was settled in not too far from her, he looked over and laughed at her position on the couch.

she put on a fake frown, "what? stop laughing at me."

"you sit like a little kid. i- i," he was full on wheezing now. she didn't understand why.

"there's nothing funny about the way i'm sitting. you're so mean." she playfully hit his shoulder to which he retaliated with giving her a slight nudge.

they laughed in sync before clay's phone vibrated. he grabbed it from the coffee table to check what it was.

the goofiest grin was plastered on clay's face and astrid knew he had something planned. she didn't know what it was yet but she was all for it. "alright spill it. what're we gonna do?"

clay scooted a little closer to astrid, leaning in the slightest bit. "how do you feel about scaring a twenty year old man shitless?"

they were watching sapnap's stream on clay's phone while astrid downloaded twitch to tune into some of clay and his friends' streams. she made a mental note to subscribe to their youtube channels when she got home. they all had huge followings, way more than here. it made her stomach churn in nervousness.

after about 15 minutes, they agreed that now was the time to follow through. slowly and quietly, they crept up the stairs and made their way to sapnap's door. astrid pressed her ear to the door but didn't hear much.

they took one glance at each other before banging as hard as they could on the door. the loudest scream sounded from inside, followed by a "dream! you mother fucker!"

they were both practically dying from laughing. clay was bent over holding onto his stomach while astrid sat on the floor with her head in her hands. tears were forming at their eyes from laughing so much.

footsteps were heard and they tried to run away but to no avail. they were too weak from laughing. a red faced sapnap swung the door open and looked at them.

he tried to keep a steady face but burst into laughter at how red they were and the tears streaming down their face from laughing. "you guys are idiots. complete and utter idiots."

astrid finally caught her breathe, "aw you don't mean that. you love us!" she threw her hands up in the air before continuing to laugh. clay was still trying to catch his breath.

sapnap just rolled his eyes. "you guys are an awful duo," he looked at dream, "and breathe, would ya? cant have the bread winner dying on me now."

he walked back into his room and placed the headset back on his head. "sorry guys, they're being complete idiots."
