Mabel managed to convince [Y/N] to to go over to the Gravity Falls pool. She drives the golf cart to their destination and they climb up the fence with a landing net and head over to the pool with Mermando.

Mabel: "Look! Here's [Y/N]!" She exclaimed as she pointed to the boy.

Mermando: " Oh my...you're even more of a beautiful good under the moonlight... que vista mágica..."

[Y/N]: "Wait...you're that weirdo guy from earlier..."

Mermando: "You even remember me! That's...that's... ¡increíble!" He said as he leaped out of the water and grabbed a hold of [Y/N]'s leg.

[Y/N]: "Oi! Let go of me!" He demanded as he tried kicking the merman off of him with his other free leg.

⚠️{Mabel's POV}

'This is bad! I gotta do something! Quick!'

Then I came up the only idea in my head.

Mabel: "Hey! Maybe, let's look through scrapbook full of human stuff..." I suggested as pulled out my book.

They both stop fighting and Mermando immediately agreed.

Mabel: "Here's us standing with our legs. And here I am kicking Dipper in his legs. He couldn't move his legs after that! Also here's my family kick boxing as well!" I said as I pointed to the images in the book.

Mermando: "Let's skip this part..." He said, angrily...?

Mabel: "... And here's [Y/N] playing chess with Dipper!" I say as I pointed to another picture.

Mermando sighs and stays away from me and [Y/N].

Mabel: "What's wrong...?" She asked as she followed Mermando.

Mermando takes his guitar out and plays it, but it doesn't sound well. He angrily pours the water out and starts to talk.

Mermando: "I too, used to have a family once. back in the ocean..." He opens his necklace and looks at his family's picture.

Mermando: "How I miss them..." He closed the necklace.

Mabel: "Mermando, why don't you just leave the pool...?"

Mermando: "I've tried only once, but escaping this pool required a plan that was bold and daring. Plus, I can't leave when there's the most muchacho encantador around..."

⚠️Flashback to Mermando's past memory he tried to escape.

He jumps out the pool but he doesn't gets far and flaps for water. He hits chairs, a parasol, and gets hit by a wood pecker. Then he rolls into the pool.
