I'm a bit happy because after going inside, no one asked anything to me.

Imari told me na ang nandito lang daw ay ang Mom nya at ang aunt niya, but expect the unexpected. Nandito rin ang Dad niya, ang mga kapatid niya, si Rourke at ang Dad ni Rourke.

Rourke's mom just smiled at me before asking Imari to come with her. She even told me na hihiramin muna niya si Imari sa akin like Imari's actually my own personal property.

Since Imari is always with Rourke, he knows him well and can actually put him in his place like his own dad. I guess they needed Imari's help with some things, lalo na ngayon at nakikita kong nagta-tantrums si Rourke at si Imari lang ang nagpapakalma.

Imari's mom just asked me take a seat and along with the other organizers, I sat down and they offered me drinks.
Ate Irene, my cousin Terence's girlfriend, approached me awhile ago and said hi to me. Aside from that, wala na naman kahit anong nangyari. Medyo nawala na rin naman ang tensyon, so I just patiently waited for Imari.

"Hey," narinig ko ang boses ni Imari, at kaagad akong napatingala sa kanya. Finally, a breathe of fresh air. Hindi talaga ako mapakali kapag hindi siya kasama o kapag nawawala siya sa paningin ko! "Let's go eat?"

"Tapos na?" tanong ko sa kanya. That was too fast! Napatingin ako sa paligid at nakita na nagsilabasan na 'yung ibang mga tao.

Tumango siya sa akin. "Kakain lang din sila tapos continue na."

"Oh, okay," sabi ko lang sa kanya at tumayo na rin, at mas lalo akong kinabahan dahil habang sumusunod ako sa kanya ay napagtanto ko na sa dining room talaga kami pupunta at nandoon ang pamilya niya. Rourke waved at me the moment he saw me and even asked me to sit beside him, pero ang nangyari, katabi siya ni Imari at nasa tabi ako ni Imari.

Oh my god. I feel like my heart's about to jump out of my chest! Unang punta ko pa lang sa bahay nina Imari, makakasabay ko na agad na kumain ang pamilya niya. What if they ask about me? Kung ano ako ni Imari? Magkaano-ano kami? Nag-aanohan na kami kahit hindi namin alam kung ano kami! Nakakastress! Is he going to tell them I'm just a friend? Ano?

"Why don't you introduce this lovely lady to us, anak?" narinig kong sabi ng Mom ni Imari kaya naman ramdam ko ang paghuhuramentado ng puso ko sa sobrang kaba. I can't even lift a finger! Mukha lang akong tanga na nakangiti sa lahat!

They all seem nice naman pero I still don't know how to act. I don't even know if I'm dressed properly. I don't know but as much as possible, I want to look good in front of Imari's family. I don't know whatever has gotten into me, but it makes me conscious. His family's opinion about me matters to me.

"Everyone, this is Cielo de Guia," Imari said without a warning. Ako naman, hindi talaga mapakali sa kinauupuan ko habang ipinakikilala niya ako and I just kept on smiling. "Y-You know the rest."

I immediately looked at Imari's flustered expression while his family booed at him.

"Bummer!" sigaw ni Ate Irene at nakipagtawanan sa amin.

"Duh, he likes her," kumento naman ng Mom ni Rourke sa amin.

Tiningnan ko lang si Imari and he looks so cute while he was looking down with his face flushed and his ears all red.

While we were waiting for Imari's other sister to come, they asked me some sort of questions like kung taga-saan ako, kung saan ako nag-aaral at kung ano ang kursong kinukuha ko. I answered all of them with a smile. Imari's mom is really nice and she kept on talking to me about plants. Imari's dad on the other hand is just like him, he's very quiet but he's very nice. So this is the environmental where Imari grew up. So warm... and comforting. Very healthy. No wonder why he grew up to such a fine young man.
