Tom's pov :

Slughorn had just invited me to his party that was happening later tonight and of course , i'm inviting Y/n , the love of my life .

i was bringing her a teddy bear and a box of her favourite chocolate ( she really loves her chocolate ) .

i turned the corner and saw Mclaggen dangerously close to my girlfriend .

"look Mclaggen , i'm dating Tom and i'm going with him to Slughorn's party so do me and favour and piss off" she said , irritated .

"but i'm so much better than that filthy halfblood-" BAM he was punched in the face by Y/n .

"NEVER . and i mean NEVER talk shit about my boyfriend ever again unless you want to die" she growled . my heart swelled at my girlfriend defending me .

Mclaggen squeaked and scurried off . i smirked and walked up to my girlfriend .

she was still rubbing her head against the wall because of Mclaggen . i walked up to her and stoop in front of her , blocking her from escaping . my hands behind my back to hide the box of chocolates and and the teddy bear .

she finally looked up and saw me standing there . she then smiled .

"hey baby" she said putting her hands on my chest , tiptoeing and kissing me .

"hey angel" i cooed wrapping my arms around her waist .

i buried my head into the crook of her neck and she giggled . "will you go to Slughorn's party with me ?" i asked .

"i think you know my answer" she said as she kissed my shoulder and played with my hair . ( a/n : oh ya just forget about the teddy bear and chocolates 🙄✋🏻 )

a few hours later , i was outside the y/h ( your house ) common room waiting for my beautiful angel to emerge from the entrance .

and there she was , in a beautiful y/f/c ( your favourite colour ) dress that made her look stunning .

"you look gorgeous as usual" i said , kissing her hand .

"thank you , you look handsome as always" she said , kissing my forehead .

we arrived at the party and there was a lot of people not as much as the yule ball 2 years back but still .

once everyone had arrived , we all sat down and ate , me being beside Y/n of course .

while eating , i grabbed Y/n's . she looked down at our hands intertwined and smiled . ughhhhh her smile i just can't-

after eating , everyone did their own thing . Neville then brought us drinks .

"Neville you look adorable tonight" Y/n said while getting us drinks .

he immediately blushed . "t-thanks Y/n" he said , scratching the back of his neck .

i immediately growled and my grip on Y/n's waist tightened . Neville trembled and scurried away . Y/n rolled her eyes and put the drinks down on the table .

"don't worry love i think you're the most attractive one at this party" she said kissing my cheek repeatedly .

"oh ? so it's not me ?" Mclaggen asked .

me and Y/n turned our heads to Mclaggen immediately and Y/n scoffed .

"definitely not" Y/n said and she continued kissing my cheek .

i smirked and pulled Y/n in . Mclaggen huffed and stomped away like the baby he was .

after like an hour , me and Y/n got bored . we thanked Professor Slughorn for inviting us to the party . we then headed to the astronomy tower .

we sat on the sofa and she placed her head on my shoulder . i lifted up her chin and kissed her .

"i love you my beautiful queen" i cooed .

she smiled . "i love you too my handsome king ."
