Jamie: for the record, this is like the first time Jisoo and I have been in the same room since I did After School Club like in.....2015?
Jisoo: Has it been that long? Oh my gosh!
Peniel: before we get into that, I got to ask. where did the nickname "Aphrodite of Kpop" come from?
BM: Yeah, I've seen and heard a lot of people call you that when they talk about you. especially in the media.
Jisoo: ummmm......really the nickname or 'title' was given to me around....2017? it was lesser known then and only a few korean outlets were calling me that and i guess everyone stuck with it
Jamie: you go by so many nicknames, it's hard to keep up now
Jisoo: i don't even know all of my nicknames hahaha. i only ever find out whenever my mom would text me or call me and tell me.
BM: speaking of, I gotta ask this....did your parents ever thing they would have this type of life? Like you being a world famous idol, apart of BTS, your brother being named one of the youngest billionaires in south korea and a famous music producer/songwriter, your little sister is modeling and acting. It must have been so crazy to see all of this.
Jisoo: i didn't think I would be in this type of lifestyle! I thought I would be a waitress or a college student, eating ramen every day hahaha
Jamie: ramen doesn't sound too bad right now, actually
