Alice's POV

It's been two weeks since thanos snapped his fingers. Steve, Nat, Bruce, Rhodey and rocket are constantly trying to track him down. Thor and Alissa have been together non stop, they're fooling nobody. We all know they are a thing. Moms home. She mainly stays in her room though but she tries to be there for me but I don't want to pressure her to since I know she's hurting to. She just needs time like I did.

Instead of spending my time in our room. My depression pit as uncle Rhodey calls it. I spend my time in the lab. Trying to find dad.

I've been doing this for the past 5 days. So far I've nothing.

'Friday, can you try and track the suit again incase it's in reach?' I called up to the ceiling while still working on the computer

'Ofcourse miss'

I sighed and continued my typing. I'm using one of the computers the guardians brought with them months ago. I'm trying to find the planet titian that they were on to check for any activity but turns out there's like a gazillion plants and I can't just type in titian for whatever reason.

'Dinners ready' Alissa said by the door

'I'm not hungry...' I said still trying to find titian

'Alice' she said walking over to me 'you haven't ate in two days' she said so softly it was basically a whisper

'That's not true. I had a granola bar last night, see there's the wrapper' I said looking at the computer and pointing to the wrapper beside me

She sighed 'if you don't come up Steve gonna get annoyed'

'Steve can shove it. Just because I spoke to him during the battle doesn't mean I like him again'

'Alice please'

'I'm serious. He's not my dad hence he can't tell me what to do just because he feels like it. When I find my dad and bring him back then I'll do what he wants. But for right now he's not here and I'm trying to fix that so please, if you would be so kind. Leave me alone so I can focus' I said not once looking at her still looking at the computer

After a minute or two of silence she finally spoke. 'You're being a spoilt brat right now, you know'

'Maybe that's because I am one' I resort to

'I don't think that's something to be proud of'

'Well when your dads a billionaire it tends to happen'

'My dad was a king'

Then it hit me. I stopped typing and turned and looked at her. 'Who's going to take care of vanaheim when your here!'

'Thor sent hogun over and told him my demands on how I want it handled till I return'

'Oh... when are you going back'

She sighed and sat down on the counter beside the computer 'honestly I don't know. Hogun seems pretty happy to return back there to rule. It seems to be in good hands'

I looked at her and she looked at me 'is that what you want to do?'

'Not alone anyways'

'You have Thor' I winked

'I do not' she smiled

'Oh please you two couldn't make it any more obvious '

'I told him that but he wouldn't listen' she giggled

'So are you two going to move to vanaheim?'

'No I don't think so. With Lo-'

'DONT! Please. Please don't say his name' I whispered at the end
