The Tornado In My Head
Min rushed towards the counter as quick as she could. She felt her lungs burning and her legs felt like they were about to give up on her. Collapsing on the countertop, she took a breath while panting before asking the nurse before her,
"Hi, is there a patient with the surname Park? H-Her son is called Park Jimin,"
"I'm sorry, maam. There are many people with the surname Park as well as sons with the name Park Jimin in the hospital,"
The nurse calmly replied while she typed furiously in her compute, not even sparing a glance at Min.
"Please, I need to find them urgently I-"
Min's voice cut off as she felt a tap on her shoulder. She felt her heart do a little flip out of shock as she turned around to see Jimin looking down at her. However, his hair was messy and tousled and he looked as if he had not been sleeping for days.
"Oh my god, Jimin! Is your mom okay? Are you okay? Did anything bad happen? I'm so glad you're fine!"
Min blurted and rambled as she looked at Jimin with shaking pupils. He looked so tired and sleepy that Min felt her heart ache slightly.
"Let's go somewhere where there's less people,"
Jimin muttered without cracking a single smile as he grabbed Min's wrist, turned around and walked towards the lift.
