(Sorry for the late Chapter! Anxiety and Panic Attacks suck XD)

"Shh... Shh..." Gramma shushed everyone.

Everyone was hiding in the dark, waiting for the family to walk in.
They heard them get closer to the house.

"So... How did they get the... what's in here? Paint?" Cricket asked.

"I believe it's Confetti?" Tilly said.

"What?! How did they get Confetti in here?!" He asked.

"I... I don't know, that's actually a good question..." Bill said.

Nancy tried to open the door, but it was locked.

"Why's the door locked?" She asked.

"Ma is probably exercising? I guess I could use the key-! He Started.

The door clicked, as Tilly opened it.

"Don't worry, I got it." Tilly said.

"Uh..." Nancy said.

"Don't ask." Bill said.

They walked in, as Cricket didn't.
He just... stared at the balloon. He stood on the porch, in which, he missed it when everyone yelled "Suprise!"

Anxiety built up inside him, as he kept his attention on the balloon.

Upsetting questions kept popping in his head.

What if it's a Boy? Would he be replaced? Would Bill like his new son better? Would Cricket be forgotten? What if they give the new Son his hammock?

His conscious was making him feel... depressed, an emotion he felt long before.

He immediately snapped back to reality once Tilly poked him on the shoulder.

"What's wrong?" She asked.

"Nothing! Juuuuust fine!" Cricket quickly lit up a smile.

He ran inside, as Tilly lifted an eyebrow.

Cricket walked in, holding the balloon, to which he never took his eyes off of it.

"So, what do you think?" Gabriella asked.

"Quite Amazing!" Tilly replied.

"This is all so great! I can see you guys worked hard on this!" Bill said.

"Yeah, whatever..." Gramma said.

Andromeda put a party hat on Tilly, along with Cricket.

"So! How does a baby shower work? Is it, like, a normal party?" Gabriella asked.

"You've never been to a baby shower?" Gloria asked.

"Not really." Gabriella replied.

"Neither have I... gosh, I have no friends..." Gloria muttered.

Remy had passed out from exhaustion, after all the party work knocked him out. He snored peacefully on the couch.

"Uh, Remy?" Andromeda poked his shoulder.

"I'M AWAKE!" He quickly woke up.

"So, can we find out the gender already? I'm actually seriously curious." Gramma asked.

"That's NOT how baby showers work!" Gregly angerly said.

Cricket, who was in the kitchen, poked his head around the corner, listened in on the conversations, along with refusing to let go of the balloon. He was clutching it tightly, as anxiety took over him.
