(*pewds voice* Okay, okay, I made a oopsies. I LITERALLY LOOKED UP BILTMORE FOREST HOMES, AND THIS CAME UP. I WAS IN LOVE, BUT I DIDN'T REALIZE THIS IS ACTUALLY NOT IN BILTMORE FORSET!! So please just use your imagination.)

Clay had finally found a house in the span of a week. He worked out the whole thing by himself. Sylvia was very impressed with him and how he did it in such a short time. Clay had asked Sylvia to go to the house for an in-person showing.

When she arrived at 24 Brookline Dr, her jaw completely dropped. The exterior had finishes of Cor-Ten steel, cypress siding, and metal roofing. The lady who was showing the house brought her into it. Her name was Diane. They headed to the left, where the living room was.

Sylvia noticed these things first: the kitchen to the left, a wooden chess table, a huge ass geode in the window, cool glass art hanging on the wall, a fireplace, and a wooden door on the right of the glass art to the first bedroom

"Holy shit- Oh sorry, excuse my language." Sylvia immediately covered her mouth.

"Oh, it's alright!" The woman with silver hair said.

Sylvia admired every little detail, awing if she found something cool. She had never been in such a nice house. They moved onto where the first bedroom was. It was a bit blank. Sylvia could already see where she'd put her stuff to liven it up. Attached to the bedroom was the master bath. Again still a bit lacking in decor, but once she saw the shower, she almost screamed. It was huge. Who needs a shower that big!
