He unpacked his things before going to talk with the apartment owner and giving him 3000$. Christain was walking back to his room when he bumped into someone.

"Please let me make it up to you I feel terrible, how bout some coffee" Christain added

"Find" the woman replied after looking at Christains sincere expression.
