"Good evening and welcome to the Late Late Show! I'm your host for the week, Niall Horan, and boy am I excited to introduce you to our three guests this evening," the Irishman grinned wildly, his eyes sparkling as he shifted in his seat, much akin to a toddler hopped up on sugar.
"Please give a warm welcome to Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and, for the first time, the wonderful Elora Rayne!"

Harry led the march as Elora followed him, Louis ending their parade with a friendly wave and bright smile. Upon reaching the couch, Harry turned to help Elora sit with the layers of fabric compiling her white skirt before taking a seat himself. Louis leaned back from his position on the other side of the faffing girl, completing their rather eclectic image. The youngest singer sat closest to Niall in his custom Gucci suit – the masterpiece relatively simple in comparison to his bolder looks, opting for a baby blue, velvet assemble with his iconic white, pussy-bow blouse. Elora adorned a formal dress, purely white but a statement in the sheer vastness of her skirt and the regal quality she naturally brought to it. Louis was comparatively far too casual but his azure jumper, a similar shade to Harry's suit and a perfect match for his eyes, seemed formal enough when paired with the pinstripe black trousers lining his legs. All in all, the trio looked beautifully attractive together.

"Were the outfits planned or is the coincidence just that amazing?" Niall began, a wicked grin still on his face as he examined the guests.
"Of course they were planned, Niall," Harry answered cheekily, "I made sure of it."
The crowd laughed but Niall continued without care, "But it is a fair representation of your purpose here tonight. All three of you are promoting individual projects but also not really!"
"Smooth, Nialler," Louis snickered, "real great clarification there."
"Oh shut up, you know what I mean," he waved him off, "Mr Tomlinson, you've just released your debut album and are going on tour shortly. Mr Styles, you are also about to tour but you've got a movie coming just around the corner. And Ms Rayne, our newbie on the couch today, you've got a book and a movie too!"

"Yes, let's put even more focus on how little experience I have with showbiz," Elora spoke up, a nervous smile barely concealed on her face.
Louis smirked, "Well, you're not helping your case by saying 'showbiz', love."
"Hey," Harry whined, "I say 'showbiz'."
"That proves nothing good, H," Niall piped up and the crowd roared at the dynamics, reminding the group that they were actually being watched.

"Oh!" Niall jumped to attention, "We should probably inform those who are unaware as to how we know each other."
Elora groaned, already catching on to the man's intentions as she covered her face, muffling her words in her hands, "No, we really don't."
"No, I think it's really important, Groupie," he grinned mischievously, "So, here tonight we have the majority of Elora Rayne's romantic history: Me, the brilliant and bright old flame; Harold, the puppy love stalker; and your actual partner, Mr Louis Tomlinson."
Elora blushed a deep tomato as Louis grinned giddily, sitting up at the mention of his role in her life while Harry also flushed awkwardly as Niall cackled.

"Congratulations, by the way," his manic grin softened into something sweet as the focus was brought to the glittering jewel on Elora's finger. The peacock sapphire lay embedded in a delicate twist of platinum, lined with smaller diamonds, and the cause for many of the woman's fond smiles and dreamy looks. The audience screamed like banshees as the news was announced, nearly overpowering Niall's snarky, "About bloody time."
"Oi," Louis spoke up, averting his gaze from the stunning sight beside him (surprise, it wasn't the engagement ring), "Please go and swat our beloved host for me, Harold."
Harry looked affronted as he was about to protest his inclusion in the violence but Elora leaned forward to break their interaction, "Why don't you continue with the interview, Popstar?"

"Okay, okay, settle down, you load of lunatics, sheesh you'd think he'd proposed to you or something," Niall addressed the crowd and brought their attention back to the stage despite the laughter. Turning to the couple conspiratorially, he added, "I still think Harry and I should deserve some credit for our roles in getting you two idiots together."
"Yes," Elora smirked, "Thanks for encouraging the dating rumours, twat."
They laughed when she glanced in a panic at the staff behind scenes but, fortunately, she didn't get a scolding.
"Fine, fine," Niall turned abruptly, "So, Tommo, got an album out."
"Yes."
"Anything specifically interesting you want to let slip?"
"It's my first album."
The Irishman groaned as they all chuckled, "You're the worst. Surely we should be getting all the dirty secrets because we're mates?"
"No," the oldest lad smirked self-righteously.

"Fine, Harry then," Niall turned to the reclined singer, snapping to get his attention, "You're just about to embark on your world tour. How are you feeling?"
"It's kinda funny, actually," he grinned as he glanced at Elora, "When I announced the tour, I got a message from this one saying: 'You know, worldwide includes Africa'."
The crowd roared once more as Elora grinned haughtily and Louis watched her, completely endeared.
"Thanks for the geography lesson, Ellie," Harry winked, fully aware of her distaste for the nickname.
Her retaliation was swift, "Hey, you left school at a very young age, someone has to educate you."

Laughter blended Niall into returning his focus to Elora, "Okay, Elora, you've got a bestseller under your belt and a movie adaption of it about to hit cinemas. Want to tell us a little bit about the story?"
"Uh, sure," she shifted upright, "I wrote the book following the completion of my Master's thesis on Celebrity Culture. I wanted to really delve into the difficulties of celebrities without the faffing of modern media coverage, you know? I utilised the research I did for my thesis and some," she cleared her throat sheepishly, "personal exposure to properly express the situations and develop the characters."
"Yeah, the personal exposure was me," Harry stuck up his hand and grinned childishly while they all rolled their eyes.
"Funny you mention that," Niall comments and they all laugh at the scripted nature of his link, "Because isn't it true that you, Harry Styles, are playing the main character in the movie adaption?"
"Yes," Elora answers when she sees Harry's prepared to go on a monologue about the journey, "When they offered to make my book into a film, I eagerly accepted but I wanted to actively participate in the process. So when they offered me the extreme honour of writing the screenplay myself, I asked only that I also get to suggest the male cast member. Being such close friends with Harry helped make the endeavour so much more comfortable and he understood my intentions so well, it was such a pleasure to see him take on the character."
"It was also very helpful knowing the person the role was based on so well," Harry grinned and, with no subtility whatsoever, fist-pumped Louis in front of Elora. She rolled her eyes fondly whilst the crowd broke down into hysterics at the first official confirmation of months' worth of speculation.

"Well, I mean, you joke but Ms Rayne, herself, has been a muse for all three musicians here," Niall rose his eyebrow suggestively and Elora cackled at the insinuation.
"Hey, hey," Harry fought back, "don't group yourself with me, Mr One-Song, I wrote two and a half  for her so you can back up."
"Excuse you," Niall retorted, "My song is an ode, a true masterpiece, your's are mere shadows of my dedication."
"Mere shadows? Mere shadows? I'm sorry—"
"—Neither of you actually dated my fiancée either so you two can shut the hell up."
Immediately the two other lads grinned wickedly and spun to look at Louis from where he had interrupted, raised eyebrows prepared for any retorts they throw his way.
"Aw, don't be jealous, Lou," Harry grinned, "we can all write songs about Elora."
"Yeah, well, when you write an album about her, come back to me," he shot back with a cheeky grin as they all laughed and Elora flushed under the attention. Gently sliding his arm from where it had been resting atop the backrest, he fitted his fingers in between her nimble ones and began fiddling with her ring. She looked up at him and smiled the same smile she'd shown him the first day of their journey and had shared with him ever since. He grinned back in kind, lifting her hand to his mouth and kissing the back of it, watching as she softened in response with a faint pink highlighting her cheeks.

"Quickly, before we have to go," Niall brought their attention back to their surroundings, "Elora, you decided to keep the movie title the same as your book's — Only the Brave. Is there any significance in that?"
She grinned, glancing at Louis, "It's a long story."
