"Do you wanna talk about it?" Tre'von asks as Mo quietly cleaned his wounds from his lap.
"I'm sorry," she whispers not meeting his eyes
"It's not your fault, you don't have to apologize," he says putting his hand on hers that was cleaning his face.
"No no, it's completely my fault and I feel so bad, look at your face," she says gently cupping his face.
"It's nothing I can't handle. And it is not your fault, Luca threw the first punch"
"I know, I still feel bad thou," she says with a frown.
"Don't," he says before briefly pecking her lips.
"It's not that easy,"
"Let's go to bed, I can tell you are tired," he says kissing her forehead to dismiss the subject as he could clearly tell it upsets her.
The two quietly make their way to Tre's bed. Both had taken showers and Mo was in Tre'von shirt. The pair silently lay in bed, Tre'von drawing circular patterns on her bare thigh.
"I think we should stop whatever it is that is going on between us," Mo says as she and Tre where cuddling in his bed.
"What? Why?" He asks looking down at Mo.
"I feel bad for what happened to you, it's because of me and my carelessness," she says drawing paterns on his bare chest, a habit of hers.
"I told you-," Mo interups him.
"Yes yes I heard you it's not my fault. I can't help feeling guilty because this is my fault,"
"No, I won't let you," Tre'von says with determination.
"What do you mean you won't let me?" Mo says sitting up.
"I won't let you leave me because of that idiots mistake," he says harshly
"You do know we are not dating right," she says calmly.
"Yes but I want us to one day,"
"I told you I don't wanna date didn't I "
"I know and I'm still determined to change your mind"
"I think I'm gonna go," Mo says getting up.
"No don't," he says a little to fast for Mo's liking.
"I'm gonna go," she says grabbing her bag.
"Can I at least drop you off, you don't have your car"
"Fine," she mumbled as he got out of bed, putting on some sweats and a hoodie.
The ride to her place was by far the most awkward situation for the two as it was filled with a deafening silence.
56 missed calls from Luca, she saw the moment she lit up her phone screen. She quickly clears it from her notifications before turning off the phone.
