This has to be perfect
Mo and Luca were on a two year anniversary trip to Zimbabwe and he thought this would be the perfect time to propose, at one of her favorite holiday destinations. He's managed to keep everything on the down low with the planning in order to make this proposal not only a surprise but the most memorable day of their life.
"Baby, this day has been perfect, this whole trip in fact," Mo says, a huge smile on her face as she removes her sunglasses, placing them on top of her head. "A helicopter tour of Victoria Falls was a beautiful way to end the trip, thank you so much babe." She says, gently kissing his lips. If only she knew.
"Anything for you bambina," Luca says placing a kiss on Mo's forehead. "But we still have a Zambezi River sunset cruise, so get ready, we leave in three hours, oh and I got you a dress."
"You got me a dress?" She arches her brows.
"Yes, I saw it earlier on our trip and I instantly thought of you and how beautiful it would look against your skin." That was in-fact a lie, Vanessa and himself have been looking for the perfect dress for the proposal for two months. Upon realizing non of the dresses felt perfect, he had this dress custom made to perfection, a vision Mo has had from a young age thanks to Vanessa's assistance. A flowing ethereal, figure hugging mermaid gown, intricate lace appliqués, crafted with delicate chiffon that moves gracefully with every step. The subtlety glittery white dress was perfect and Luca could confirm it the moment she came into his line of sight, better than he could have imagined.
"You look like a moment out of my dreams, just perfect, unforgettable, ethereal," Luca says gently, placing a gentle kiss on her forehead.
"Thank you," Mo says shyly, her cheeks heating up. "Now stop looking at me like that."
"Like what," he asks, smirk on his face, enjoying the effects he has on her.
"Like..."
"Like I love you, like I'm enchanted by you, like I'm obsessed with you, because I am." He says, his body against hers.
"Stop it," she says, looking away so he would not catch her smile, before taking his hand and leading him out the door.

"Babe this is perfect, the sunset, the cruise and you, I love you." Mo says, her head leaned on his shoulder as their cruise came to an end.
"I love you more," he says rubbing her hip, anxiety creeping up on him.
"You are too good to me, too good to be true," she says absentmindedly, looking at the scenery, the sun was set and the light from the skies reflected on the waters.
"Never, you deserve so much more than I could ever give you," he says, maintaining eye contact to ensure she knew how sincere and truthful he was being.
