We get to my dorm and I throw her down next to Wanda, who's reading something on her phone. Wanda goes to speak, but I interrupt her.
"Okay, so you know my Russian teacher?" I start.
"No." Carol says.
"Shh. Anyways, she kept me after class."
"Who is she anyway?" Carol asks, confused.
"Miss Romanoff." Wanda answers, wanting me to continue.
"OH! Her!" Carol says, realisation hitting her.
"Yes, her. She pinned me up against the wall. She was.. Flirting with me the whole lecture." I tell them.
"I KNEW IT!" Wanda exclaims, making both Carol and I look at her as if she was crazy due to the volume she used.
"Wanda! Anyway, she said it would only be us next week." I say.
"Woah. So this was a thing before today?" Carol says, looking at me and Wanda.
"Yup, I think they're gonna sleep together at least once this year." Wanda replies.
"Not true. Though, I wouldn't mind it." I say, thinking about the redhead.
"Damn, get it Y/N." Carol says.
"First of all, that would get her fired, second of all, she's probably just messing around or I'm overthinking it." I say.
"Whatever, tell me that after you've slept with her." Wanda says, turning and talking to Carol about their cooking class. "Wait. How do you two know each other?" Wanda asks.
"We both play basketball together." Carol answers.

We end up talking for a couple of hours, until Wanda had a lecture and me and Carol had our basketball practice. Wanda headed out and I met Carol at her dorm after changing into my gym clothes. We only had to wear the basketball uniform when we were participating in competitions.

"Race you there." Carol says as she starts to run off.
"Hey! No fair, you get a head start!" I say as I run after her. After around 30 seconds of running, I notice a familiar figure. It was Miss Romanoff. I had caught up to Carol by the time I felt Miss Romanoff's hard gaze rest on my body.
"She's totally checking you out." Carol calls to me whilst trying to get in front.
"She isn't." I respond, making it into the courts before her. "I win." I say, a simple smile overtaking my lips.
"Mm sure." she says, making her way over to the others on the team.

Throughout practice, I notice Miss Romanoff working on her laptop on a bench not too far away from the courts. She glances up at me every now and then, but I don't think too much of it. To my dismay,  Carol notices too, sometimes looking at me suggestively. I just give her the finger, or shake my head at her.

After practice, I go to the fountain to get some water as I forgot to bring a bottle. Carol goes back to her dorm to shower and get changed. The fountain was near the bench Miss Romanoff was working at, but I just try to ignore her, though she didn't want to do that.
"You're good, котенок." She says, her focus still on her laptop as she types.
"Thank you." I reply, taking a sip from the fountain.
"How long have you been playing?" She asks.
"Since I was 7, so around 12 years." I respond, wiping a thin layer of sweat from my forehead.
"No wonder you're that good then." She replies, finally facing me, closing her laptop.
"You know the game?" I ask.
"Not one bit, though it seems like you sure know your way around." she admits.
"I wouldn't be here if I didn't." I say with a small smile since I feel like I came across as harsh and rude. "I better get going." I tell her.
"I'll see you on Monday then." She says.
"Bye." I reply, walking away.

I head back to my dorm and shower then get changed.
"How was practice?" Wanda asks, as if she knew something.
"It was okay, nothing really happened." I reply, sitting down on my bed, drying my hair with a towel.
"Carol told me Miss Romanoff was watching you play." Wanda chuckles with a wiggle of her eyebrows.
"She was probably just there to do some work and get out of her classroom." I say, brushing it off.
"That whole thing the other day convinces me otherwise." Wanda states.
"Yeah, but I don't wanna get her fired. Nothing's gonna happen anyway." I say.
"She didn't seem to care when she pinned you up against that wall." Wanda replies, smiling suggestively.
"Okay, and what am I supposed to do? I'm a nervous wreck. I mean today wasn't that bad, I guess I flirted a bit with her, but as soon as she touched me, I could barely breathe." I admit.
"Well, Carol's coming over and we can get you ready for Monday." Wanda says, grabbing some water.
"What do you mean get ready for Monday?" I ask, dreading the answer.
"You know what I mean." She answers. I do know what she means.
There's a knock at the door. Wanda gets up and opens the it since I was doing some stuff on my laptop. It was Carol.
"Hey." She says as she comes in. "Hi Y/N." She says to me.
"We need to help Y/N prepare for Monday." Wanda explains, making me put my laptop down.
"Good, we're finally doing this." Carol says, placing herself on Wanda's bed.
"Ugh, no we're not." I sigh.
"Okay, I'm gonna need to see your clothes." Carol says, looking at me.
"She said not to wear a revealing dress again, so I'm thinking that's what I'm gonna wear." I say, going on my phone.
"Nope, not another dress, that's exactly what she expects you to wear. Just show me what you've got." She says, getting up this time.

After around half an hour of going through my clothes, Carol and Wanda finally seemed satisfied with the outfit that they had picked out. They settled on some high wasted, grey, short, gym shorts and a white tank top that tightly blankets my curves. They add some casual silver earrings, some bracelets and my favourite necklace; a silver chain with a 4 leaf clover charm attached to it.
"Perfect!" Wanda exclaims, giving Carol a high five.
"Awesome." Carol says.
