Chapter 18

Natasha POV:
I was so glad to have Y/N back in my arms. I loved her and missed her, I knew I couldn't lie to her ever again. When she wakes up I'm going to tell her about her brother, she deserves to know.

I had woken up at 5, which was pretty early for me so I was going to go back to sleep when I felt Y/N stirring.
"Morning." She says, sleepiness striking her tone.
"Morning baby." I say, kissing her forehead. I decide to tell her now. "I need to talk with you." I say, sitting up slightly, her still in my arms.
"What about?" She asks, looking towards me, more awake now. She looked slightly worried.
"It's about your brother." I say. I keep looking at her face to see her reaction, but I couldn't read her.
"What about him?" She asks.
"The mission I was one, the one where we met, he.. He was one of the hackers. He's been taken in by Shield." I say, awaiting her reaction. I had her hands held in mine. She sighs, as if she knew he was bad news.
"I-Is he going back to jail or something?" She asks, breaking eye contact.
"He's got a court date set for a couple of days, I could try and get us in?" I ask, not answering her question as I didn't know the answer.
"No, I don't think I can face him, thanks though." Y/N says, looking up at me with a soft, sad smile.
"Did he do something to you?" I ask, confused.
"Not exactly. My-" She takes a second to answer. By now she was facing me, cross legged. "My family were always involved in crime, including me for a bit, but I convinced them to let me stop when I was around 9. After that it was never the same, I was the black sheep of the family. They didn't talk to me as much. That's why I was so close with my cousins. But Alec, he.. He made me think that he stood by my decision, that he loved me, but I don't know, it never seemed real. When I turned 16, I stopped believing all the lies he told me and I moved in with my cousins for a bit, before going to college." She says, taking a pause every now and then.
"I'm so sorry that happened to you котенок." I say, pulling her into a hug, my head resting on top of hers. I was unsure on what to say. "Has he tried to contact you recently?" I ask concerned. I pull away from the hug, but keep her in my grasp.
"He texted me a couple of times. He wanted me to go and see him, but I didn't." She says.
"I wanna go kick his ass for that." I say, half jokingly. I kiss her softly.
"It doesn't seem that bad.." She says.
"He manipulated you." I say.
"I guess.." Y/N says. "Can we do something today?" She asks, looking up into my eyes.
"Yeah, what sort of thing?" I ask, laying down again, Y/N follows after a second.
"Hmm." She thinks for a second.

Y/N POV:
I finally figure out what I wanted to do.
"First, we should have a shower, then make breakfast together. Next we should go out to town and go shopping, I need a new phone, and hang out at the library then grab dinner." I say in one excited breath.
"That's a lot котенок." Nat says with a laugh.
"We don't have to do it all." I say less excitedly.
"Of course we will, котенок." She says, smiling and pulling me into her. "Now, let's go back to sleep, we have a long day ahead of us." She says smiling.
"I love you." I say.
"I love you too baby." She says, kissing me softly, then pulling me into her so we could cuddle.

I wake up 2 hours later to see Nat scrolling on her phone, stroking my hair gently.
"Morning котенок." She says.
"Good morning." I say, smiling at her.
"You ready to shower?" She asks.
"Hell yeah!" I say a little too excitedly. "I mean yeah." I say. She laughs and puts her phone down.
"Come on then." She says, getting out of bed.

After our shower we get ready and head out to the kitchen. There wasn't anyone out there, which was good. Nat gets out a pan and some eggs and bacon from the fridge and puts them on the pan and starts to cook them. She goes over to get some juice. I go over to check the food so it doesn't burn. Nat comes back and snakes her arms around me, planting light kisses on my neck. A smile spreads across my face. I could get used to this.

The food finishes cooking so I turn off the heat. Nat still had her hands around me so I turn around and start to kiss her. She deepens the kiss and things start to get heated. She lifts me up and puts me on the counter, still kissing me.
"Woah. Hope we're not interrupting." Clint says. I think it was him, I was facing away from him. Nat pulls away and I turn red from embarrassment.
"Yeah. You were." Nat says sarcastically. I hop down from the counter and grab some plates.
"If we knew you guys would be up we would have made more food." Nat says.
"It's fine." Steve says. Steve and Clint had come in, then Carol came in with Wanda behind her.
"Morning." Carol says, sitting down on the bar stool on the kitchen island unit.
"Good morning guys." Wanda says.
"Morning." I say, sitting next to Carol, Nat on the other side of me.
