"I haven't found the right person," he said dismissively, shrugging.

I followed Sarah back to her place so she could get her birth certificate. The moment we stepped out of Alyssa's house, I wrapped my arm around her shoulder, pulling her close to me. She blushes instantly, her fingers reaching my waist.

We walk this way, like a couple even though we're not sure what we are, till her place. She runs to her door, peeking in to check if her parents are home. That was not necessary; I heard voices inside. She nodded and pointed to an alley where I hid - her parents didn't know about me. I heard her knock on the door, wait a few seconds before the door opened, and her mother lets her in.

I paced around for a few minutes, running all the possible outcomes of this plan in my head. None seemed appealing to me. "Boo!" Sarah said, coming up from behind. She giggled, and I couldn't help but join in. I noticed the document in her hand and reached for it slightly, hoping it didn't make Sarah uncomfortable. She pursed her lips as she handed it to me.

I noticed her name, her parents, her birthdate and all the relevant information. I stared hard at her last name as if that would change the fact that Sarah was related to Sheila. She held onto me as we sped back over to Alyssa's.

We walked into the room to see the rest gathered in a circle. In the middle rested some wooden stakes, which I assumed were the stakes from the old tree. Alyssa pulled out a bottle from her dresser. "Wolfsbane," she stated.

Carefully, we dipped each stake in the wolfsbane on both sides. We weren't sure how many stakes we needed to hurt her enough to knock her out before staking her through her heart. "So, at seven tonight, we're going to end Sheila," Klaus said, us nodding in response, determined to kill her.

"I can't believe my brother is dating the girl whose grandmother murdered our parents," Klaus says suddenly. Sarah and I looked up in shock. "We're not dating," I responded defensively. "Also, you can't blame Sarah for the things Sheila did." He chuckled, promising it was a joke.

"Klaus, how come you're single?" Sarah interjected. All eyes were on him. Funnily enough, I hadn't seen Klaus with a girl since his ex cheated on him; that was ten years ago.

"I haven't found the right person," he said dismissively, shrugging.

Louis laughed, teasing him about how he was single. Klaus and him went back and forth, and soon, the rest joined. They tried their best to get information out of Klaus, who kept repeating the same sentence that he had not found the right person. I tuned them out, focusing on the plan and how we could make it better to ensure our safety. We only had a few hours, and everything had to be perfect. The longer Sheila was out there, the more danger people were in.
