♥️♥️♥️

Jisung had to admit that Jeongin was nothing like he seemed at first. When they had met, not only was he too panicked about Minho's presence to notice anything about the quiet boy that sat next to Seungmin, he also had gotten the impression that the youngest had no personality at all.

That was the biggest lie he had ever told himself. Really, it went beyond him thinking he was straight.

He found himself on a Monday, sitting next to Chan's van as the older worked at 10am with Changbin and Jeongin. Felix was inside helping Chan, as they had to wait until the time the show they would be going to began. The three of them had ice creams on their hands. It had been a while since Chan had made them pay for ice cream with him at all, and Jeongin was telling them about a distant summer when he met Seungmin, how the second younger had managed to embarrass himself in some weird situation that made them all friends for life.

It felt good, the summer breeze, the hot sun for once not burning their faces, the laughter between the trio.

Chan came down the steps through the back, smiling as he slipped an arm around Jeongin's waist, startling the boy.

"Minho and Seungmin are coming over later for us to have dinner at a restaurant and then head to the fair that is opening today, are you guys in?"

Changbin looked at Jisung, and the shorter shrugged.

"Sure."

Chan furrowed his eyebrows, nodding. " alright then." He placed a kiss onto Jeongin's cheek and jumped back in.

"And you say you're single?", Changbin scoffed. "That's the least single thing I have ever seen."

"Chan Hyung is just affectionate."

Jisung rolled his eyes.

"Sure, Innie, whatever you say."

"Aish you're sounding like Minho, he always tells me that."

"Well, he is right." Jisung muttered, turning to his ice cream again.

The ice cream was very interesting.

When Minho and Seungmin arrived at the restaurant, Jeongin had already devoured half of the bread that was on the table, waiting for their food to arrive.

"Hi-"

"Late as usual." Chan pointed at the two chairs available next to Felix and Jeongin. "Sit down, we ordered for you."

Seungmin whined.

"You never order what I like the most!"

"You should have thought about that before you came late."

Jisung poked Hyunjin's leg under the table, and his bestfriend turned to him with a confused face, the conversation he had going on with Jeongin stopping for a second.

"Are you guys okay already?"

"Yep." He smiled. "Don't worry, we're fine. Talked about it for a while, after we had lunch I called him again when my head stopped hurting." They both chuckled, and turned to the table again.

The whole dinner Jisung could only think of how he looked. Was his hair good enough? Was his shirt wrinkled? Did he look like an idiot eating? Maybe he should close his mouth a bit more. Should he laugh louder at the jokes or try to make one himself?

He made it through somehow, surviving until they left the restaurant.

Chan gathered the 7 around, counting heads like a father, Jeongin clinging to his arm.
