Steve McGarrett is still raising his teenage daughter Lissy in Oahu, Haw...
Lissy- I plopped down onto my bed from exhaustion from cleaning the living room. I'm supposed to clean the bathroom but that can wait. People aren't supposed to be here for like another hour. We're having my Dad's team over for a Thanksgiving meal like we do every year. I pulled out my phone from my pocket and scrolled on Instagram. I was so happy to have my phone. My Dad let me have my phone only for the day. Why? You may ask?
The funny thing is because I'm still grounded. Any you may be asking you've been grounded for stealing for two months? No. I got ungrounded from the whole stealing situation like two weeks ago. But got grounded again for something else which I'm not going to go into detail about. So I was grounded for a month and a half for the whole stealing situation. And it's been two weeks since I got re-grounded.
But that month and half of being grounded sucked. I literally couldn't do anything. I thought my Dad would back down a little on my grounding but he didn't. I guess he had it with me stealing and my attitude.
That attitude of mine got me regrounded the same day I got off being grounded. Don't ask me what I did but it was bad enough for me to be grounded again. This grounding isn't as harsh as the first time but kinda the same. I was able to get my phone for the day but under one dumb condition. Don't tell my Dad I said it was dumb.
I couldn't be rude or disrespectful or ignore anyone. If I did my phone would be taken away from me and I will get to have a "talk" with my Dad later. Which I don't want. I had enough talks with him in his office. I don't want another one. Considering I had one this morning.
Anyways I also haven't gotten my allowance back either. My Dad hasn't told me when I can get to have it back or start earning money by doing chores. If you don't know what I'm talking about go read the chapter before this one. It all makes more sense there.
Knock knock
Dad- "Lissy"? I said as I knocked on her bedroom door
Lissy- I'm gonna ignore him
Dad- "Lissy"? I said as I knocked again
Lissy- Maybe if I don't answer he won't come in.
Dad- " Allyssa"? I said again slightly getting irritated. I know that she isn't showering or changing.
Lissy- I can hope that he would just go and leave me be. I rolled onto my stomach as I continued to scroll on my phone
Dad- I open the door and see her on her bed not caring in the world that I was knocking or calling her name. I walk over and say her name "Allyssa"
Lissy- Dammit he came in. Maybe if I focus on my phone he will leave me alone?
Dad- I pulled her phone out of her hands
Lissy- "Hey, what the hell Dad"!
Dad- "Excuse me"? I said as I slapped her bottom
